“Excellent service. South Park Hardware is the last place I know of in Buffalo that replaces and glazes single pane glass windows. If the minimum wage employee at the box store can't answer you question, this place probably can. With a large selection of everything from gas line compression fittings to door knobs, that odd item you need to complete your DIY project but can't find anywhere else is probably here and the owner will help you find it while also giving expert advice.”

“Staff are polite and eager to help. There have never been more than three customers present regardless of the time or weekday. Store is too large for the amount of merchandise stocked. Items are displayed well and priced correctly. Front entrance could be more aesthetically welcoming. Store feels like stepping back in time instead of keeping up with technology and trends. A good location for grabbing paint, caulk, and small hardware.”

“IDN is a national locksmith distribution company providing door hardware and locksmith items for their customers. They are NOT however a walk-in customer service operation like a local hardware store, they are actually a distributor and most of their customers have accounts and are repeat daily or weekly customers. Service is good here and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you happen to be a locksmith or door hardware technician you will enjoy your relationship with this company. They have their own house brand called LSDA which are a great line of products in addition to all of the major brands including Master Lock, Schlage, Arrow, and Kwikset. A good company providing good products and service to their customers!”

“I went there to order a shower head. The service was divine and the representative showed me all my options. She was very thorough and attentive. She also let me know when the order was placed and kept me updated throughout. I am so very happy with this purchase and I would recommend the showroom to anyone!”
“We rented a cotton candy machine for my daughters 5th birthday and the thing just didn’t work properly. It spewed sugar quite literally everywhere…all over the house, people, you name it. It also meant we actually couldn’t even produce enough floss to give the kids, decent cotton candy. we tried a few times, but got very clumpy cotton. We called that day, and they really didn’t have any other advice other than come get a different one which we couldn’t because we were in the middle of the party. When we asked to be refunded because we were given a defective cotton candy maker, they did not refund our money. We’re not satisfied with this response and definitely do not recommend them.EDIT: we did get a follow up from the business so I am changing my review based on the follow up. Bob provided a detailed explanation about the issue we had and is helping us figure out a solution. He was very prompt with his response and helpful so our initial impression of the customer service seems to be more of a miscommunication than something intentional on the part of the ABC.”

A lot of the items seem overpriced but it's a big box store so that's kind of expected. The service was actually decent so the staff are doing something all right at the moment. It's basically the only thing in my area for this type of store, so I basically stuck shopping here no matter what. The hallways are a bit narrow and there is always someone in my way but that isn't necessarily the stores fault.”
