Great location, staff and PHENOMENAL breakfast…made to order omelettes, great buffet. Really loved this spot. Also, the valet team were super responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty bathroom floor. If you want to eat at the restaurant,even after spending $500 a night, you can’t eat at the restaurant without a reservation. Will choose a different hotel next trip. One that puts their patrons first.

Quick, easy check-in! The rooms are very large (that's what she said ?). The beds are comfortable. The pillows need an upgrade not comfortable! The building & room smell fresh! I will stay here again!
Food and drinks: They have a restaurant & a decent bar!

Run down, not very clean, and staff is not friendly. They did not even clean my room! Way too expensive for this hotel and terrible for the Hilton brand.

We stayed here in a suite while in town for the Jellyroll concert. Super friendly staff, clean rooms and great made to order breakfast! The location was convenient. The complimentary drinks were a great added bonus. Valet was friendly, fast and convenient. Will stay again if back in the area!

Arrived around 1Pm the immediate staff working at the front desk was great and very attentive. Hotel is nice overall, rooms are spacious. Housekeeping was very helpful . Only issue I had was with the internet, ? I asked the lady at the front desk (Tattoos -2nd shift) about the internet and was I doing anything wrong because I couldn’t connect. She cut me off before I could even finish my sentence , shrugging like she could care less and said …..“I guess it’s not working“ .
She might need a little tutelage on customer service because some folks won’t argue but will take the time to write a negative review just because of her sarcasm. ?

Very decent hotel near downtown Buffalo. Read a lot of bad reviews before going but we were happy with the hotel. The rooms were clean and we'll appointed and other hotel amenities were nice as well.

Pros:
*Check-in staff was incredibly friendly
*Valet was quick when we called for our car
*Good views from the room
*Located close to many of our destinations
*I met the security guard while checking out and he was extremely helpful and informative
Cons:
* Rooms are incredibly dated and looks dingy and old. Stains on the carpet and furniture.
*Im aware that the cleaning staff has limited times with each room, but the cleaning was very subpar. Our tub on arrival was dirty, no trash bags and throughout the stay our room was cleaned once.
* We had an early morning flight and I was told at check-in that I could call to get my car at any time... That wasnt true. Not upset about it if I have to get my own car but the lady at the counter was not helpful and didnt seem to care that we had a flight. Instead of trying to find where the car was located she sent my husband to multiple parking lots and he had to walk around the whole building in the rain at 3am looking for the car because she was so unhelpful. Thankfully after the second time not finding the car, the security guard helped find the car and escorted my husband to the other parking lot where it was located. If it was not for the security guard my husband would still be walking around trying to find the car.

Beautiful! Loved it! Complimentary drinks upon arrival! Needed after the drive there, and valet parking a plus! Walking distance to Electric city concert hall would definitely stay again!

We are a Canadian family that booked this hotel. We were very disappointed by the unpleasant staff at the front desk.
We are Hilton Honors member but not given any type of refreshments when we arrived.There were no snacks at the happy hour. Whatever scraps left we had to take.The staff refused to refill the tray although we got there ontime.
The room only had 3 bath towels for a family of 4 and there was only 1 small bottle of lotion for 4 persons to share.
The breakfast was so unorganized. There were not enough tables to sit.The chef was not pleasant to deal with either.
Again there was not enough food and the staff refused to refill the empty trays. We had to take our food up to our room since there were no seats available. The hotel should have done a better job of being more prepared for the large crowd for the long weekend
I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

Exceptional friendly and highly professional staff...entire front desk... especially Grace...Justin...General Manager Bob...Valet...Nick...all were very diligent and pleasant.... everyone always had a smile and a hello... housekeeping went above and beyond our expectations...outstanding attached restaurant...all food was exquisite! Overall...very impressed by entire staff who acted well beyond our expectations during our four day stay!
Rooms: Clean... spacious!
Nearby activities: Tons of things to do...from music...art....festivals...food...nightlife... list goes on and on!
Safety: Always felt very safe!
Walkability: Within just minutes to concerts, baseball, restaurants, clubs, kids zone, etc
