Eric did order my tire a week ago however when I got there this morning he found it was arriving sometime today which should not have happened. It did take a while to get the tire because he had to do an emergency order but they got it on and got a couple hours.

Extremely responsive staff & technicians!! Serviced flat tire on short notice today & replaced with new at a competitive price. I had know I was going to need tires before winter, so this wasn’t a case of them hard selling replacement vs repair. 15 years this location has been solid.

Polite customer service, But a business is held accountable as a whole through Dunn’s policy .My glove box was locked and tampered with and ajar I didn’t appreciate that. Techs were looking for some extra incentives I guess haha make enough I thought. Overall good work though on my oil change.
