I never knew this place existed until I was searching for reasonable windshield repairs. If you’re not really looking for it, you’ll pass right by as it’s hidden behind Don Patron (old Ruby Tuesday) on Walden. When I stopped in to inquire, I found out that this is a full collision shop. I was also sitting on a check to repair damage to my vehicle. So I inquired about that as well. Most reputable places were telling me they couldn’t get me in for weeks or even months as they are booked solid with repairs. When I was told they could get me in within a few days, I decided to give them a shot.Every corner of this place from the outside to the office/waiting area to the shop is so super clean like their car washes. The entire staff here starting with Teresa behind the counter all the way to the guys in the shop are incredibly friendly and honest. The repair work as you can see in my before and after pictures looks really great as well.If you are an unlimited car wash member and need tires, this is your place. I was given a quote for a set of name brand tires with a 75k mile warranty that was nearly $100 less than all of the tire joints in town for 60k mile warranty tires.Hopefully I never have to stop in here again except for when I need tires. But in the event some idiot hits my vehicle again, I’ll definitely be back.

Repaired damage beautifully. Kept in touch throughout the process. Released my car prior to insurance payment, which was delayed. I would recommend them to anyone needing autobody repair.

I brought my car in with scratches on both the hood & roof. My 1st words upon seeing it repainted were holy cow! It looks amazing. Show room new! They even fixed a deeper scratch that had been touched up by the previous owner. . Awesome job!Service: Painting

This is to commend the workers at the Delta Sonic Collision shop at 1655 Walden Ave in Cheektowaga. Teresa was very friendly and helpful in the office and Steve did another great job fixing the issue with my wife's vehicle. I brought it to him rather than the dealer because I have more confidence in him based on the another item he fixed for us.

I always drove by this place, but I finally stopped in when I needed a second opinion on my Chevy Equinox. The woman working at the front desk is very courteous and helpful. There is a small waiting room with restrooms and a TV. I got a free estimate and made an appointment. I dropped off my car the next day and waited for it. It was overall a great experience, preferable to a stuffy and hectic dealership where everybody is running around like crazy. After an hour or so, I got my car back and I am very happy with everything and how it turned out. Steven was my technician and he was nice and caring. Theresa, who is in the front office, is also customer-centered, constantly checking in on the status of the job and letting you know how much longer it'll take. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and will be back for sure with any collision or body shop needs. Thank you!
