Current COVID-19 protocols:
Owner/sole trainer has been vaccinated (April 2021) and boosted (November 2021).
Owner/sole trainer continues to wear an N-95 face mask during each and every one-on-one session.
Clients are required to remove their outdoor shoes in our outer hallway and put on indoor-only sneakers.
All high-touch surfaces and equipment are treated with Selectrocide, an EPA/FDA-approved organic sodium chlorite cleaner, before and after use.
Finally, the main gym has three (3) GermGuardian AC4825 4-in-1 Air Purifiers. The HEPA filter captures 99.97% of dust and allergens as small as .3 microns in size, and the UV-C light helps reduce airborne bacteria, viruses and mold spores.
