The selection for women was almost non-existent. For some reason we found no pants for women that were all natural fibers that could be used for electrical work.

Carhartt has the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. I order online from many, many different vendors. Never again will I order from Carhartt. This particular problem was with a return. They refused to send me a Return BC and also refused to give me the return address to allow me to return & insure the item ($150). They continually lied to me (8 times!) via email/phone) that they would send a Return Label. Difficult to understand with their accent. My credit card company took over with them but still action was very slow. If I could, I would give them "No Star."

I've purchased socks and a jacket here and the quality is top notch, however pricey. Conveniently located off bailey behind Lowe's hardware, the employees are happy to get you situated with whatever you're looking for to keep warm.

Nice store, packed this afternoon. A fair amount of inventory (call first for something specific and they will set it aside) plenty of staff, changing rooms had a line! Easy to get to, plenty of parking. They gave me my loyalty points and my first responder discount as well.

Dont purchase online from Carhart, they took my order and charged my credit card for the product and the shipping, 1 day after the purchase they canceled my order due to inventory issues on their end, they refunded the purchase but not the shipping cost. I am out $40 and their customer service told me they dont care. Very poor Carhart, never again!!

Oh my gosh! This store is phenomenal. I love everything about it, the customer service is top notch and it's very neat. The manager Mary was so helpful, she went above and beyond for us to make sure we got everything we needed. I definitely recommend this store. ?? ??
