Was sent here by my doctor to get a nebulizer. They have no hours posted on the door (it legit says 9am - blank space), the website m/automated system/ Google all say they close at 7pm. I got there at 630. Doors locked, most lights off and the two old ladies acting like they can’t see me at the door or hear that I needed to come in. Don’t waste your time/gas going here. Never again.

Stated they'd deliver a walker never showed nor called. When I called them they claimed they tried to deliver. I was home the whole time no call nor knock.

This pharmacy is awful. Say they don't have scripts when multiple different Doctors offices state they sent new scripts. John is a complete douchebag and super rude. They don't call Doctors offices to request scripts and leave it up to you. Very rude and Lazy.

Ok they don't answer the phone at all. Had to actually go there to get my medical supply prescription put in because the ladies working literally don't pick up. I know because I called from inside the place while waiting 45mins for them with only 2 customers. They are rude and inconsiderate. The worse people.

The one on Kensington good pharmacy but why y’all don’t ever answer the phone!! It don’t matter when I call no answer or how many times it’s ridiculous you have to drive here & with the possibility of your prescription not even being ready it’s been like this for months now

Just got off the phone with these rude people. Trying to get my mother a wheelchair and walker per doctors script sent two days prior and resent today. They still claim that it was never sent. Unorganized or liars. Really rude workers including the manager! They should all be fired here and bring in new smart and kind professionals and throw the current staff away ?️!

Worst pharmacy ever. They will tell you that your meds are being delivered but when you call for an eta, they tell you it won’t be delivered and it will have to wait until tomorrow!

This place is annoying as dirt. They never bring medicine before a holiday. They want to wait until they have all of the scripts to fill a medi cube. When they are able to tell what needs to be filled. This is not my first choice. It's a doctor's choice. Otherwise I would stick to rite aide.
