Prejudice! Racist! Do not give them your business. My mother and I waited in line while the cashier was handling another customer. A white female, came behind us. The cashier went to the other register and spoke with the lady behind us, as if she was about to service her. She then told us that she is closing down for half an hour and would open back up around 2pm. I called the store to confirm their hours and she said they were open.

I’m not sure if she a tech or pharmacist but I am so disappointed I’ve been going to black rock pharmacy for years and for the last couple of months when I call for my scripts and she is working there is always a problem always I never had this problem before everyone was always nice and respectful but not this person I will be reporting her having a bad day is one thing but every month I call and she’s answers there is always always a problem my script was due on the 28 she refused to fill it because the month before I PICKED it up on the 29 they filled it last month on the 28 I was sick and picked it up the next day and she refused to let me get this month on the date it was due I have never heard of any pharmacy doing this.

The older pharmacist is back. Just like the comment below. My parents scripts were already inaccurate. I overheard someone saying the younger pharmacist was let go to bring the old man back. Sad. What a shame to do that to this community. Taking my family members prescriptions to Rite Aid from now on.The techs are lovely as are the clerks at the front counter.There is sometimes an older woman with short hair who says she’s an owner but she sure as heck doesn’t act like it. She is so rude to the staff and yells from the moment she comes in the door. Spends about 5 mins yelling then leaves (THIS HAPPENED TWICE WHILE I WAS THERE! WITNESSED THE ABUSE WITH MY OWN EYES). Your employees deserve better. The community deserves better. Business probably won’t last for much longer now. Sad.

I used to absolutely ❤️this parmacy GREAT pharm techs very friendly that's why I'm giving it 3 ? can't say the same about the pharmacist the younger one is nice but the older one that runs it has made me wait a WHOLE weekend for my meds that I would b extemley sick from used for over 10 yrs because of him I had to switch pharmacys
