Worst Walgreens ever. Always one cashier and the line for the smallest item takes 30 minutes. Unreal.

Horrible customer service, 1 cashier for a line of 10+ to check out. Employee’s have no urgency to help out. Management 0 urgency to help. Too busy laughing and breaking up boxes.

Horrible customer service. Store manager has nasty attitude, big time!
Always only 1 register is open while there is an endless line to check out! Poor management

Store is clean and convenient being 24 hours, but there is a severe shortage of staff, as there is often only 1 cashier and 10 people on line waiting to pay throughout the day. Would not come if short on time and convenience is a priority.

The folks who staff this dull, lightless, misery are sullen and sometimes rude, both in the ludicrously understaffed pharmacy and at the register, which is never without a 20-minute line. If you want to buy something, chances are that it's locked up or out of stock.
Is this big-chain pharmacy worse than others? Yes, actually. Even the Rite-Aid next door (whose shelves are 90% bare) is a breath of fresh air.
But, don't blame anyone who works here. They're all underpaid, stressed out, and exploited as slave labor by Walgreens/Boots. A quick look at NASDAQ: WBA reveals the reason: $15/share as of today. Of course, top executive salaries range from $5-14 million/yr, so maybe they should cut those before further cutting the vital services they routinely fail to provide.
After all, what value are these executives providing if the stock is down by 50% this year alone? Let's replace them with chatbots.
TL;DR, don't support these guys. Let them go bankrupt. I switched to a local non-chain pharmacy and you should too. Well wishes to all the people who work here.

No matter how many times they text or phone you, your prescription is NEVER ready and you have to wait up to a half hour while they "package" it. You can complain and they laugh at you and tell you to go to another pharmacy if you don't like it. I did and when I tried to transfer my prescriptions, they "lost" half of them. They should lose their license to handle medications

There is a large parking lot and it is easy to shop! That is, the old woman with short white hair standing close to automatic door is often very bad attitude, especially when you ask her to get photos online order ,she is often very impatient, often ask you to write your name on the paper, and then make a scene, very rude to help find, if you have multiple photo orders or in-store shopping orders, her mouth keeps saying bad things about you! Bad attitude! She should retire at home, not as an ugly cashier doing a job she doesn't want to do!

Had the worst experience at this Walgreens store. The staff is absolutely clueless and irresponsible. Went there to get a passport photo done and they literally misplaced my photos and were absolutely clueless about the digital copy request that I made. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get my concern acknowledged. Worst service

The workers here are often inadequate, the line often long line ,some of the cashier attitude is extremely bad, often do not scan your coupon, locked things waiting for them to come to help each time it takes about ten minutes, customer service is also extremely horrible ,Always trying to shift their responsibility, the fault is all the customers!

Terrible experience with a cashier. Several weeks ago, I had dropped off a medium sized package for a FedEx pickup. No issues, and they accepted it.
Today, I bring in the exact same sized package, but a quantity of three. Easily stackable, or they can be stood up against a wall.
The cashier at the front says “we can’t accept it because of liability, and there’s no space.”
1. There was plenty of space behind the counter, so she was lying.
2. When I tried explaining that this was not a problem before, and I had dragged these boxes with a handcart for several blocks, she nastily replied “well, you should have called ahead of time”.
Laziness or ineptitude. Take your pick. Never giving this location another dollar. Good bye! ✌??

every single makeup and bath product is locked so you have to wait for someone to help you for like 80% of things. God forbid someone steal an eyebrow pencil that would eb the end of the world

Absolute worst drug store I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go is a horrible experience. I typically avoid going but sometimes I need to since it’s closest and I dread it everytime. Most people walk in the store and walk right out after seeing the line wrapping around to the back, always takes 15+ minutes to check out. Not nearly enough workers and the few here are incompetent and rude. It takes an absurd amount of time for a worker to unlock a product in the isle for you, I typically ring the bell 5-10 times before walking to find someone myself to open it. Pharmacy is also a mess. I printed one single photo using the Walgreens photo app, went to pick it up 15 mins after the time it was supposed to be ready, and was told to come back later bc it’s not ready. ONE photo. Every time I leave this Walgreens frustrated and angry, definitely don’t waste your time here unless you absolutely need to
