My family and I have been working with Alex for years. This is hands down the best spot for all verizon wireless products around. Alex has always been honest, responsive and helpful. We’ve sent countless friends and other family members to him who are now loyal customers. We always feel that we have received top notch service here and his advice is always in point. If you’re a verizon wireless customer- do yourself a favor and check this location out.

It took me 5 times almost a month to trade my old phone then I asked him to pay the difference and Alex said you can’t, you have to do it after one month and no receipt because my printer don’t work so I didn’t get to pay the difference after 8 ( because always something when I go back there to pay) which it cost me more than its price I don’t if you have any commission about making money from us but still it’s not honest it’s a robbery.

I came here before but today I was getting a phone number for my son and the store schedule was saying it’s open but when I visit it’s closed and still in google the schedule says it’s open so Please update your schedules

This Verizon store is hands down one of the best. Alex was super helpful with the whole process of getting a new phone and explaining the complicated plan issues I was having with my account. He also got me a promo for a discount on the phone. Highly recommend this location!

I just give one start, because Alex is behaving completely different for the last year, he used to be good but he start kicking out people don't like to do anything anymore, and the store close and open at his schedule.
