This should be a minus star due to the fact no professionalism was shown. I made an online order with Temu. Temu had this address for change of delivery. Normally the package would be delivered to my home. Since my husband had a Drs appt in which no one would be home for delivery. I call the UPS store which was located across from Georgetown. 1977 Ralph Ave address kept popping up on my laptop. So when I called there I found that the original location was shut down and this was the new location next to Popular Bank. I spoke to a female and asked the exact location of their store. I asked they was still a Mail Drop Andover can have my Temu package delivered there? She said yes. Well, to my chagrin after returning from the Dr. my hubby went to pick up the package and was told he had to pay a $3.00 pick up fee. So he called me. I was livid. “Since when? Shouldn’t I’ve been told that on the onset when I called? When I asked to speak to the Mgr Simone Bryan she didn’t at all handle the issue in a professional way. She as much accused me of automatically sending my package with no authorization from them and using their address as a Mail Drop. All the time she was talking to me she was laughing and talking to someone else at the same time in the background. My hubby even said that he observed her body language and it showed that she wasn’t concerned at all. I called the UPS headquarters who even said, that a pick up fee wasn’t their policy. But that private owned franchises have their own rules that not in conjunction with UPS.
Folks, it wasn’t the fee, it was the principle. After speaking with CSR at Temu, they apologize and told me to get a receipt and they will refund me back.
There’s other UPS access location and they will have a new customer.

I stopped using the location on Ralph two years go after they stole something I returned to Amazon. So fast forward to now. When I heard they were opening a new location, I decided to give it a chance since it is closer to my home. My very first encounter I rate a 1. I greeted the sales person and did not get a response. After she completed my transaction. I said thank you and got an “ Mhmm.” All the while her manager was standing behind her, which to me, reflects more poorly on her higher up since it is their responsibility to train and hone her talents. Her whole aura the whole time was I’m too good to work this counter .I get that UPS isn’t a glamorous job and you might have a million other things you think are worth your time, but bottom line is , you asked for a job in a service industry and you are doing it poorly. It’s called customer service for a reason. Please stop hiring these little kids who think they are doing customers a favor. It’s disgusting. Either that, or be more diligent with your training. I’ll go back to driving to Flatbush and Park Slope just for the customer service .

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received today at this location. I have been a long-time customer of your store since ypu were across from the Georgetown plaza and have always been pleased with the level of service provided.
Today, I had several items to return, and the process involved utilizing QR codes for each item, requiring me to navigate back and forth between the website from which I made the purchases. As someone who experiences anxiety in such situations, I was feeling quite overwhelmed and worried about potentially holding up the line.
Derrick, the agent who assisted me, exhibited remarkable patience, professionalism, and understanding throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor and willingness to assist made the experience much less stressful for me and allowed me to relax and feel more at ease. Derrick's exceptional service truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression on me.
I wanted to take a moment to extend my gratitude to Derrick for his outstanding customer service and to commend him for his service to ensure a positive experience for me. His dedication and professionalism are a true testament to the high standards upheld at your store.
Thank you once again for the wonderful service provided by Derrick

So far so good. I was accustomed to using the UPS store a little further up, which was OK. This one is newer cleaner and seems more organized. I have a very important package to ship on Tuesday. I hope all goes well. The client handlers are professional, and do their jobs very well. I feel confident fingers crossed I did a test run today 3ish both client processors were exceptional if not sure of an answer they researched to validate hallelujah! So rare.
