This is my favorite USPS location to drop off my packages. I usually go there once a week with prepaid box ready to go and they’re very friendly and service is quick. Probably less than 30 seconds with no line. There’s rarely a line unless the customer is unsure what they want to do.

Best USPS in Brooklyn. Virtually no line and 3 people serving.They work quick so my average stay time here is 2 minutes.Workers seem more competent as well, which helps with the communication.Not sure who the rude lady is based off what people are saying

I came around 1:15 on a Wednesday to have my passport renewed and there was no line. My application and picture was ready to go, only needed to mail it and the lady on clerk 38 was able to help me get it done within minutes. Was very helpful on answering questions too. DO NOT GO to the one on Ave U and west st. The people there are rude and I had to wait in line. Once it was my turn I told the lady I just need an envelope to get my passport renewed, everything filled out and completed. She told me to wait another line where people were waiting for passport picture to be taken and no application filled out. I was like it’s already completed and she just kept repeating, wait in line. I left and went straight to w6 st location and had everything done within 10 min.

That black lady is so unprofessional. I told her I need certified mail and asked if I need to buy envelopes, she said nothing and I ended up paying extra for the envelope.

This location won't take my prepaid package because it does not fit their window and they say it’s their policy. I had to pay for Uber to go to another location when I asked about such a policy they said there is no such thing

Went in on a Monday morning expecting a long line and slow service but I was in and out in 5 minutes. The staff was helpful and courteous.

It's a very very low quality service in this station! The package I ask help me check is over the weight or not, The blonde hair woman she check the weight, then she said it's ok, , not over. But after I received it's a over the weight, I need pay more money! I checked my self, the weight is write for 4 OZ, the package is 4.5 OZ. Only over the 0.5 ! But post office told me it's OK, then changed me over money! It's a cheat!
