Do not go to this pharmacy. Pharmacists will tell you they have your prescription so you'll take a trip over there and they'll hand you a prescription. If you find yourself in this unenviable position, LOOK CLOSELY AT WHAT THEY HAND YOU! They are known to change your dosage or even your medication without saying anything. Unfortunately, if you do catch them doing this, they simply laugh and tell you "This is what we have, take it or leave it." Of course, if you have a job, you'reprobably in there after doctor's offices close so they know you're stuck; it's either go without treatment or succumb to the extortion.
UPDATE: Thanks for your response, Carlos. The fact is you did change the quantity of my prescription without telling me two months in a row. And now I was just told that your pharmacist refuses to fill my medication because I left a bad review and that "it would be best if I find another pharmacy." Pretty hard to claim you care about ethics and simultaneously withhold medication for personal reasons.

The least helpful pharmacy in Brooklyn - take your prescription elsewhere!
I called 2 weeks ago to enquire about the availability of a prescription and talked to a male team member who assured me it was in stock in various dosages. As a result, I had my prescription transferred to have it filled here. The next day, I was told by another associate that they didn't have it in stock, that it would arrive the next day. I called the next day, and it was not in stock. I asked when it would be and was told 2 weeks. I just called again to check in to the status and now the team is unable to give me a date as to when this is going to ever be in stock. The fact that I have talked to multiple associates and been given numerous conflicting timelines is actually insane especially with a MEDICATION.

Sunday at 4 pm and this store is once again not open. They never adhere to normal hours and refuse to update their Google maps or on store signage.

Just absolutely useless. It looks kind of like a high-end, bougie pharmacy/skin care shop, and I was looking for some face scrub. There was a pharmacist in the back and only one other staff member in front, who barely seemed to know the products, her English was passable, but a couple slices short of fluent, and when I found a face scrub and asked to try it, they didn't have a tester, so she offered me samples of a variety of other skin care products, many from the same manufacturer, but none were scrubs. She offered a couple moisturizers, and when I asked if there were other scrubs available, she didn't seem to understand the question.

May have cute stuffs but the staff ignoring the customers and not even responding when you talk to them is really unprofessional. I mean we said hello twice, thanks and goodbye but the only feedback we've got was the seller staring at us like we were bothering him.

Carlos at Modern Chemist is terrific. I have a prescription which is very difficult to get. He works with me, and helps me manage it while we wait for it to come back in stock.

You’ll want to ask twice when this pharmacy says they have certain medicines in stock. I’m extremely aware of the current shortage of specific medicines and the challenges it poses for pharmacies, but I was still highly frustrated and inconvenienced by the way this pharmacy staff could not keep track of their supply, the promises they were making me about when refills would be available, my “place in line” to attain a refill, etc. ultimately I was given half the quantity I needed. I hope in 15 days from now they’ve found a better way to track the requests being made and manage expectations.

The associate Rubi was so polite! She helped me pick out a nice gift for my boyfriend and he really liked it! Usually when I come in the store there’s teen employees who aren’t so polite but I had a nice experience thanks to Rubi :)
