Overall it sucks to be here to print and copy thanks to Nicole she made my experience very smooth very professional and made me a satisfied customer thank you again because the other female with the dread locs was trying to give me a hard time for no reason and was I want to thank you because I about to get my out my comfort zone but Nicole saved the day ❤️❤️❤️

Ordered a 1 hour pickup, they never emailed back to say it was ready so i had to call the store to see what was wrong. Turns out they didn’t have any stock and never cancelled the pickup. I would not order pickup at this store anymore

Staples usually has what I need at an affordable price. I always check the Clearance section at the back of the Gateway Mall store to find bargains—and I always do! Whenever my office supplies are running low or I need a specialized office item, I run to Staples and most times can pick up my item[s] the same day. I have also had many things delivered—free delivery if you spend a certain amount or order certain items—which is on time and respectful of my property and privacy.

I was grateful to come in and create a new account with the manager Islam. My wallet was stolen and someone was sbopping with my # number and getting my ink recycling bucks. Islam simplifed everything for me and in less than 5 min my account was set up!!! Thanks Islam.

The IT department is great!!! The Amazon drop-off is good as well, but the rest of the store is lacking. This store has an issue with customer service for phone calls and pick-up orders.

I Went to do a few returns and the two female employees were yapping about personal issues and were cussing obscenities and very loud which was very unprofessional.Then one of them proceeded to me and started to rush me to get out my order out of the bags. She was very rude and professional. These kinds of people with that attitude needs to work in a warehouse.
