I was reluctant to come to this staples location, based on the Yelp reviews. However, I am glad that I did. I walked in to look at printers in the midst of back-to-school shopping an hour before closing. I was greeted by Dwight who quickly assisted me. While helping me with my purchase i witnessed him simultaneously, effortlessly provide assistance to additional customers in-person and on the phone. In additon to him, the other staff that I witnessed were all very attentive. 5 stars for Dwight and the store.

The women that work at the copy and print and shipping area are horrible! That is all!

It's so easy to blame workers and call them slow and claim that their customers skills are poor when 50 percent of the customers after waiting on line get to the counter and you are not ready . One customer couldn't log into his email to print his documents and the other wasn't sure if he wanted to mail the package due to cost. My visit to the store have always been great

Customer service is horrific. The female workers at the copy and print Center on Tuesdays and Saturdays move slower than molasses. (I hate to say it because I'm rooting for anyone female, but it's the truth.) The manager needs to find replacements because this location makes my blood rise every time I come here. The wait is about two hours and the quality of the lamination and gloss print jobs always come out way worse than my middle school aged cousin could have done. Re-Training is a must at this location. Come here as a last resort for the Copy & Print Center.

It's customer service at Staples, so already, the bar is not high. But they manage to be even worse than you can imagine. I'm already shaky coming here during covid, even with two masks and a face shield. So there aren't too many people ahead of me, I feel this will be quick. Not with these two women at Print and Copy on a Sunday afternoon/evening. They look like they are playing on their computers and working as slow as they can not addressing a gradually increasing line, oh, five minutes before closing. This is the second time I'm here today because they were also slow before and I felt they were never going to serve me. They sit in the center of their workplace and never walk up to the counter to ask if anyone needs help. Great place to get your blood pressure up. Thanks, Beyonce. (Literally was the name on the nametag, and why don't I think that is her real name?)"Can you help me with a label?" I helplessly scream out beneath my masks. One of them gives a non audible response. Then the other girl finally FINALLY gestures to me with a finger that I can come to a corner and be served by her two seconds before closing. I have the label written down clearly but she makes me repeat it. I ask to check what she has done, because I don't want it going to the wrong address, and she gives attitude. She whispers the instructions (beneath a mask) of how to affix the label and I do it wrong. The label is not fitting well. I ask her if she can put a piece of tape on it. No, she says, because I will get mad at her if she touches the package. GUESS WHAT I AM MAD AT YOU RIGHT NOW SO MAYBE PUT THE DANG TAPE ON THE PACKAGE. The line getting longer, everyone looking at me as I walk to the package to put the tape on it and walk back. Had to ask her twice after that when it was going to its destination. Another customer standing there was mad too. Years ago, they had much better women at this counter, and the servers at the other counter are fine too. But Copy and Print is terrible at this Staples. Literally shut it down. They are getting paid to goof off. Give someone else a job that wants it and is good at it during a pandemic. These women do not deserve their jobs. I'm never coming back here again. Staples should be ashamed. This store tarnishes their name. Extremely unprofessional.
