Prices are never correct, sometimes they scan things, and they come out cheaper, but change it to a higher price because the sticker has a higher price labeled OR they scan it, the price comes up exactly as the sticker, but then they say it's a higher price. Fix your prices? I kept my mouth shut for one item, but the second time, I wasn't going to stay quiet. For the years that went by, their customers seem to decrease. The lady trying to squeeze through me... you could have said excuse me or acknowledged since I didn't see you behind me

I recently had a great experience at this pharmacy. As a patient, I felt well cared for, and the pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the information I required about my medications. Their friendliness and extensive knowledge were truly remarkable. The technicians were also very professional and spoke clearly. It is clear that the entire team is committed to providing excellent service. I highly recommend this pharmacy due to their excellent patient care and knowledgeable staff.

One of the best pharmacies around! The pharmacists, technicians, and managers are all super friendly. They take great care and patiently explain everything about medications. A hassle free monthly refill reminders and their response to call is very professional. They even offer free deliveries.I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

As an older white male I had no issues with this pharmacy over the years but an Asian female friend of mine is consistently being treated rudely by the Latino counter staff. That is unacceptable!

Called the pharmacy to speak with the manager and was rudely hung up on. Customer service is very poor.

I love this pharmacy! I’ve been using them for years. They communicate well about my meds (and I have several) when I’m low and remind me about getting refills with phone calls from a real person. If they do not have a medication for that I need, they reach out to several other places to find it for me quickly. The ladies are always patient at the counter with everyone who comes in and they are often very busy. No matter how stressed they could be, they always stay professional and helpful. I truly believe they care about their customers.I have gotten several personal calls from the Pharmacist to explain various things to me, which is the kind of attention that is invaluable in a congested city like NY. I❤️St.Jude!

The place used to be very customer friendly in the past. But the current people who work there doesn't care as much, especially the delivery people. The dispatcher was very very rude and condescending over the phone and it happened a few times already before I write the review. I called in last week requesting a delivery and I was transferred to the so called dispatcher lady who from the moment she picked up the phone started with a very rude tone and nasty attitude, cutting me off, not letting me speak. She has the audacity to shout at me when I asked what time my delivery is scheduled for. She acts as if she is doing me a favor and wants me to follow her orders to stay home all day waiting for the delivery. I have never experienced so worse attitude when it comes to customer service. We have been using St Jude from a very long time and hate to see where it's going.

Horrendous customer service. I rang at 11:10am this morning, Tuesday 9/13/22. A woman answered the phone. I explained that my sister (who is abroad right now) has a prescription for Adderall, but her insurance only covers the brand, not the generic. I asked if they stock the brand and she curtly told me that she's not allowed to give me that information. Bear in mind, I just just called 12 other pharmacies in the area to ask the same question, of all whom told me they do not stock the brand, only generic. Or told me they stock it, but can't order it in right now. Also, I have spent years working in customer service, so I'm really polite on the phone, not a Karen. I tried to back track and said "sorry maybe I worded that wrong - I'm just trying to find out if you -" she cut me off to say "I know what you meant." She had a really rude tone. She told me that because Adderall is "essential medication", she cannot tell me if they stock the brand without a prescription. She said that the ONLY way to find out is to send them a prescription. So I had to contact my sister, who contacted her doctor, who sent them the prescription. Just called back and turns out - nope! They are out of Adderall and cannot order it in for the rest of the month. When I told the pharmacist about the conversation I had with the woman this morning, he said that technicians are not allowed to discuss medications, only pharmacists and supervisors can. Ok - then the woman I spoke to should have put me through to one on the phone. Instead she was rude and completely unhelpful and I had to totally waste my time getting the prescription sent there when they can't even fill it. Shocking customer service. I literally never leave reviews but this woman was so curt and unhelpful that I had to share. If you're reading this - don't bother with this pharmacy. There are far kinder ones in the area.

I've been here a couple times for Covid tests and they're always very organized and very nice staff. They do take insurance for the rapid test (so get that instead of home kits maybe?), PCRs like most non-medical facilities cost the price they cost I always see them advertised at $125 around NY and think this place is the same. You go in, quickly fill out form on your phone, then they sign you in at the counter and you go around corner to do the swab. Took around 30 minutes with about 10-15 people ahead of me and I had my results emailed to me 20 minutes after that. CitiMD is always around 2 hours or more, most take about an hour or so.

This place price gouges on their Covid tests, take home tests and for masks. You’re better off grabbing a take-home test at Walgreens where prices are regulated.

Friendly, fast, organized, even with a big rush of people getting Covid tests and vaccines, they smiled through it all and I was in and out of there very fast. Thank you!

They charge for Covid tests! It’s $100 for a PCR and $65 for a rapid test.
