Rude and condescending customer service on the phone and never get the internet signal back on. I wasted hours, if not days, waiting for their paid technicans break into my house like we are the idiots
using their Internet service in Brooklyn. Wait time is also nasty since the customer service is nothing but a clueless speaker.

Worst service. Only one person is working out of 6 windows. No other staff. One person for the whole store. I waited for a long time. No wonder I switched to Verizon.

While my time being at the spectrum, The rep who works there Alexander, made my experience there pleasant and smooth, really took his time with any of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The staff here is amazing

Loved my experience at Spectrum. They have the best mobile + wifi plan. 10/10 would recommend! Definitely go to this store if it's your first time installing wi-fi :)

Had an amazing experience here, thank you Alex for your patience and kindness. I had a bad experience with T-Mobile and decided to do some shopping around since T-Mobile does not value its loyal customers( had been with them for 10 years). Long story short we went in looking for information and left so happy knowing I was going to have so much money in these tough times. For context my bill was 235 with T-Mobile and 200 with Verizon and I was able to get phone, internet and cable with Spectrum for much less thanks to Alex. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

For the reason it 3.6 startsNo one was at the door to explain how is their system worksI should stay at the line and finding out I have to register my name,They had only one registration equipment and guess what you should wait to get registered. I don’t usually go spectrum and I hope it is last time
