I was surprised at the service since there was no one in the store. The First Lady to greet me was. Nice , everyone else was on there phones Long story short the person who she assigned to help me Charles was rude. We did click i had smart word as soon as I got to the counter. Less than a minute. Spectrum need more customers service classes not just giving a job to just any one bad for business? I was coming back on Friday to get the I phone 16, but I will not be going to this spot on Fulton going to Queens.

Had much difficulty getting the store to put in writing what my actual monthly charges would be for phone and Internet. (They didn't).Totally confusing. I left hoping I would be billed the amount we discussed.
So far so good after first bill. Should be much easier to switch TO this provider. The store employees were nice but the policy of confusing offers is questionable.

I came on a late afternoon after work (10 min before store closing) to return unused cable TV and internet equipment. While the clerk at the counter was reviewing the items, I ask him how many active pieces of equipment I have on my account. He says I will need to call customer service separately to get this information -- this is a mild inconvenience. The store supervisor comes out of her office and not only shows no interest in assisting us, but instead asks him to hurry up so that they can close up the leave the store at 6 sharp. Shortly after she approaches and haphazardly starts pulling equipment out of Spectrum cardboard box (originally included when new equipment was shipped to me to switch out), and pushes the box towards me saying that they won't take it back for recycling. I later realize she missed some items from the box. While I respect store hours, this doesn't meet minimum level of customer service and left me with a negative brand and store experience.

I happened to walk in this evening & ask for a replacement remote for my Xumo .. not knowing it was free of charge . I was so close to spending $30 on Amazon or even EBay for a new remote ..& the gentleman just handed me one . Thank you for being so kind to me & helping me replace my remote .

My experience at this store # 523 was EXEPCIONAL. At the time I enter the store I was very well received by a Customer Service representative his name is JORGE BELLIARD he made eye contact with me, he took his time to checked and Fixed my cellphone. I would like SPECTRUM to recognize him for an OUTSTANDING customer service he definetely needs a SALARY INCREASE thank you again Jorge Happy Customer ☺.

We were lucky to have the help of Leslie Ramos when we went to re-configure our Spectrum account today. The programming we were paying for went back to the time Time Warner operated the network, and Leslie very helpfully guided us through the various options, with clear directions on the benefits and cost of each different plan. We thought better of our experience with Spectrum because she knew what she was doing and was willing to help.11/15/23

Saved by the Spectrum storeThanks to the assistance of Jazyalyn at the Spectrum Store at 523 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, I will have Spectrum Internet/WIFI & landline service for my imminent move to a new apartment! I started calling the Spectrum main office line 2 days ago and spoke to various representatives for a couple of hours -- and one did succeed in convincing me to switch to their mobile service, but they failed spectacularly in processing my Internet/WIFI/landline transfer to my new apartment.A day later, I spoke to some other reps for a few hours and somehow didn't make much headway then either. Was on the phone for a few hours and finally asked for a supervisor who told me that I had to go to a Spectrum store and show proof of my residence in the new apartment because the previous residents had failed to turn off their account. So today, 2 days later, I marched over to the store on Fulton Street, armed with proof of my soon to be residence. I was promptly greeted by Jazyalyn who read the notes on my Spectrum file and listened to what I had to say. She was quickly able to address the situation, and was able to arrange the transfer, in addition to addressing some other issues about the equipment, charges and mobile service. Thank goodness for Jazyalyn -- being so pleasant, smart, and helpful -- I was able to leave the store and go home and continue packing -- knowing I'd soon be able to unpack and go online in my new apartment!
