The customer service is rude and terrible. I do not recommend going there because when I called to ask for the name of my medicine so I could pick it up, the representative kept insisting that I come to the pharmacy and they would provide all the information. However, I need to know the name right now, and despite my requests, they continued to insist that I come to the pharmacy for assistance. And I still didn’t get the name of my medicine

Love having a place to return packages close by. The man who works at the UPS desk is very nice and I’ve never had a bad customer service experience here. Would much rather support a locally owned business like this or Neergaard than a large chain like CVS.

Pretty big pharmacy with everything you need, plus a UPS store inside. Lines can get long, especially around the holidays. They can also notarize documents for you.

I go here at least once a week and I am always happy with my experience. The staff is very welcoming and greet you as you walk in. I use them for all my scripts as well as other items. The UPS drop off is an added bonus for me. I recommend this pharmacy.

Slope Drugs was able to hold a large UPS Package that we sent to Park Slope prior to our arrival. We were so happy to be able to pick it up on a Sunday! The staff was very helpful. We will use them again!

My experience of shopping the merchandise on the shelves was pleasant. I had no interaction with the pharmacist, so I can't speak for that. I can say that there were a nice variety of items that were well organized.

Strange customer experience. The lady at the counter is awfully unfriendly. Obviously with a “cold” sniffing loudly but not properly wearing her mask. Waiting… waiting… waiting….

Spoke with Neil in the pharmacy and he was such a pleasure to deal with. One of the most pleasant experiences in a pharmacy ever. They give your medicine with no headaches and call your doctor on your behalf on the spot to make sure your prescription os good and ready l!

Love this place. I’ve been living on 5th Ave for 6 years now and they’ve always provided top notch customer service. Special call out to Vic who just spent about an hour helping me to solve a mess with returning 10 different Amazon packages and going out of his way to make sure I didn’t have to pay a penny. We need more people like this!

Convenient for UPS drop-off but their at home covid tests are around 15$ more than Walgreens/CVS. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth to make extra $$ for something like this during pandemic for a neighborhood pharmacy that I want to support.
