The facility is nice and comforting. They exceeded my expectations. The staff is very very pleasant and helpful. The supervisor Debbie, nurse Jimmy, nurses aide Maria and Rhianna are all very helpful. The rehab staff work together down there, they are very thorough and encouraging while doing the rehab. Marina from social work is very helpful as well. The concierge Avi was wonderful. Anytime there was something wrong, he got it fixed by the next day latest. He's a very nice person. Altogether, the staff brought me back to my previous level of health including walking.For that, I am very thankful. I would recommend Seagate to anyone who needs rehab service.

The staff at Seagate Rehab is exceptional! I have interacted first hand with Administrator Shea, the assistant Admin Ari, and the Concierge Avi!! What an amazing team BH!The nurses and CNAs are warm and friendly!Dr. Kanner and Dr. Bludoy are so knowledgeable and kind.The admissions team is also very accommodating and friendly.If your loved one needs rehabilitation or nursing you definitely need to check out Seagate!!P.S. they have the most amazing beachfront view - 24/7 the water is shining and air is so clean and peaceful!

The therapy is fantastic. Dr Kanner was very personal and very quick to respond to any of my needs. The staff is amazing. The facility really helped me get back on my feet. I would highly recommend this facility.

My father spent a couple of months at Seagate and my family was very pleased with the level of care he received there. The physical and occupational therapy was helpful, the staff were consistently kind and attentive, and the facility is clean and well maintained. If you are looking for care for a loved one, Seagate is definitely worth considering.

Here is a draft review praising the care your mom received at Seagate Rehabilitation Center, especially from nurse Nicole:I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing care my mother received during her recent stay at Seagate Rehabilitation Center. From the moment she arrived, the entire staff treated her with the utmost compassion and professionalism.The facility itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. My mom always remarked how nice her room was and how she enjoyed the food. The therapists who worked with her were extremely knowledgeable and helped her make great progress with her mobility and recovery.But the real standout was nurse Nicole. Nicole exemplified everything you could hope for in a nurse - she was warm, caring, encouraging, and attentive to my mom's every need. Nicole took extra time to explain things and reassure my mom when she was feeling anxious. Her sunny disposition and small acts of kindness, like bringing my mom her favorite snacks or lotion for her hands, made a huge difference in my mom's comfort and state of mind.My family cannot thank Nicole and the entire Seagate staff enough for the compassionate care they provided my mother. We are so grateful that she was in such good hands during her rehabilitation. Seagate comes highly recommended, especially for anyone fortunate enough to work with Nicole. I called ahead to check their services and visitation hours. I'm pleased to say that from that moment up until my departure I was satisfied with the service. From the staff at the information desk to the nurses assistance and care, the care attention and kindness to the patient and even the food is decent. I was informed of the patients condition and whenever spoken to staff always had a smile. Definitely a good environment

During my stay here, the aide Nicole was very good, kind and took good care of me. The nurse Jimmy was very nice as well. The OT Roseann was really nice and made sure that I was always doing well. I really liked her.

Everything was good until my grandmother was moved to long term care on the 4th floor. Then all communication stopped and she made a turn for the worse. She passed away 3 weeks ago. The nurse calledme at 430am and wanted to when someone can pick up her body! That is how I was told she passed away.Since then I have left about 6 messages and spoke to an assistant that promised a call back. No one has called me back. Disgraceful!

My rehabilitation has improved so much since I've been at this facility. The rehab therapists are very competent. The showers are the best, you feel like you went to heaven. We have fun by the activities. They have bingo and movies. Most of the staff are great. I strongly suggest that if you need rehab or therapy, you come to Seagate!

I highly recommend Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing home to everyone that needs short stay or Long term care. I was a Short term resident at the 7th floor for 6 months. All therapist are awesome but for me I had the BEST Team of Therapists. My Occupational Therapist, Danny Levy, very professional, caring, kind, proactive, effective, smart, Expresses himself well. He was very knowledgable in planning my treatment plan with excercises that helped me loose weight, gave me strength and helped me stay motivated. My Physical Therapists, Carlos, is very professional, strong, kind , proactive, smart, caring, and with all my set back kept me going. Maheir was my Physical therapist for the last month in a half and he too is very professional, kind, caring , smart and expresses himself well.I really appreciate all the care provided to me by all the caregivers which includes the OT/PT Therapist, CNA'S, Nurses, Doctors , Social worker, Physicologist, Maintenance workers and more . You all made me feel like home away from home.My advice to all When entering Seagate or any nursing home rehab. Is to treat all the workers with respect. The way you want to be treated.Lastly, appreciate all that the caregivers do for you. Most importantly, Don't forget to say Thank you.************************

This is my second time being in this facility. It has helped me tremendously. The staff is incredible, outstanding, and very accommodating. The facility has helped get back on my own two feet. The food and service is perfect. Open synagogue 24/7. I would highly recommend this facility.

I was so impressed by this facility upn reading the reviews and visiting in person. The staff were so friendly and professional. The facility was clean and sanitized. Resident rooms were decorated and furnished like a warm home. The views were breath taking that I did not want to leave. The physical therapy department was extremely high tech and large enough for many to use. I cannot say enough for what I saw, only that this is a 5 star facility.Roseann

This is the 2nd time our father required Seagate rehabilitation services. Both times he received private room and personable care. the staff was great and he was always well taken care of. If we had any issues the administration always listened and. took care of it right away. Dr on staff very personable and caring. I strongly recommend seagate rehab

In the past 4 years i have been to 3 different rehab facilities, of the 3 Seagate is by far the best! The rehab staff, by means the occupational and physical therapy are outstanding. My OT D.L. is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. the other therapists were patient and compassionate and also very professional. The cnas on the 7th floor treated me like family, or even better, more specifically M.F. shes exceptional. M.P from the evening shift was very kind, professional and helpful. The other cnas on the floor were also very nice and helpful. I found the rooms to be cleaned overall. The concierge Avi was always working and on the job, he would always check in on a regular basis, very helpful. The place is well run by the administration. The facility is in a very good location next to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place to all.
