She refused to give my grandmother a lung cancer screening for over a year. We pressured her because she had a troubling cough (and smokes) and by the time they caught it she was Stage 4 and died shortly after. Her bedside manner is awful and the wait times ridiculous. As a 15 year old she charged me $50 I couldn’t afford for cancelling the day before an appointment . So she’s allowed to make you wait for hours but if you need a concession to her extremely strict cancellation policy she’s heartless. Despite her always booking way too many patients in a day anyway. It’s all about the money for her. If you have Medicaid or Medicare she will treat you like garbage. I’ve had far better doctors over the years and I will never forget the way she treated me and my family.

Dr. Schwartzburt is absolutely AMAZING! I have been going to her for over a decade and she has always been extremely thorough and knowledgeable with her assessments and care. Her and her office staff are very accessible via phone/email or portal which make it very easy to get referrals, labs or medications. She has recently moved to a new office downtown Brooklyn which is an added plus for convenience In traveling to her office.

Dr. Schwartzburt’s practice is an incredible find amidst the backdrop of the struggle to access affordable quality health care. For patients with multiple health issues, she is incredible at coordinating care beyond the appointment, recommending specialists within our insurance, answering questions promptly on her portal system, hosting appointments on Zoom and in person. I hear a lot of reviewers complaining about office staff and it couldn’t be farther from my experience. I have only gratitude for how patient and thorough they are with being part of our family’s care team, faxing and emailing paperwork to labs and other offices, even repeatedly when another office is disorganized. You will have to wait past your appointment, as has been said by other reviewers. Years ago I waited over an hour but in the last 2 years maybe 40 minutes. However given how much attention received in the appointment, I think it’s well worth the wait.

Dr Schwartzburt was my son's doctor. We watched her grown from a Red Cross doctor to her own practice. She treats my entire family now. It's been over 20 years. She has a tremendous following and deserves all the accolades.

The doctor is good especially if you're looking for more homeopathic care but the receptionist is just the worst. Never before have I encountered such a rude person in a medical context. I only went in person to this office a couple of times because I didn't want to withstand the attitude problem of this receptionist. Every time you ask her a question she answers as if it's a total bother that she is even having to interact with you at all even if it's just for a minute. Office staff matter. They're a part of the experience and if mean personnel is who you see first and last in your visit it ruins the whole experience. Not worth it.

Dr. Schwartzburt is kind and thorough, but the waiting is intolerable. Every time I’ve been there I’ve waited at least 40 minutes past my appointment time. This is completely unacceptable and a terrible business practice. I’m not sure if I will continue because of this.

Very detailed oriented and thorough but every time I come to an appointment the Dr is "running behind". Last two times was in excess of 2 hours. No one comes and apologies - just waiting around.

Dr. Schwartzburt has been my families doctor for many years. We have followed her from LICH to her own private practice and unless I move far away, she will always be my doctor. She is thorough and caring.
