I gave my jewelry to repair and they told me to come pick it up the next day. When I went the next day, they told me it wasn’t ready and to come back the day after. So I went back, and it still wasn’t ready. At that point they told me they’ll call when it’s ready. Long story short they told me it was going to take a day but it took a whole week. I wasn’t in a rush and the work was done fine, but the service was still upsetting.
