A very bad store. They lost the items I sent back to China, and then it took almost two months to tell me that we were still contacting China to investigate. I knew the items had been lost, but they kept using excuses to delay them. Then he didn't reply to the message I sent. Finally, he said that he would refund me the shipping fee, but after waiting for another week, he reluctantly refunded me a little bit of the shipping fee. It was such a terrible customer service. I still I often send it here, but it seems that I will never come back again!

I'm at a loss for words. I wouldn't recommend this store due to their exorbitant charges. It's disappointing when businesses don't value transparency and fair pricing. It's frustrating that despite my box weighing just 8.5kg, I was charged for an extra 6.5kg based on volume calculations of 15kg. They keep saying my items take up a lot of space, but charging me 6.5kg extra for just a box seems excessive. I'd like to know the cost breakdown – how much does a box actually weigh, and what's the cost? Without clear explanations, it's hard to trust their pricing. It's disappointing when businesses prioritize profit over providing clear explanations and fair pricing to their customers. It undermines trust and leaves customers feeling taken advantage of. Really want my money back
