Came in to add a BYOD onto my line with MetroPCS. There is just one lady here at the time and she works fast and efficiently.She was able to call my carrier to port my phone number over to MetroPCS all while managing the other customers who occasionally walked in and out of the store for different services.She was even able to take my call prior to coming to this location as I stopped by a different location previously that could not do the activation and a second location I called did not answer their phone.Great experience overall.

I Wrote a detailed review for this particular location. I followed the instructions given at "Yelp's" Customer Service 800 number earlier today to amend the address I put in an incorrect address at that time.It was a Five Star Review for Ms. Xiang and a Extra Kudo for Asst. Manager Mr. Ewin. Incorrect Addrss: 523 Fulton St 11217 Review is Under. Yelp, please make amendment. Thank you. Ms. Xiang deserves others to know she is an "Exceptional Representative" at the 523 Fulton Mall site in Brooklyn. She Is Worth The Trip!!!!

This place is a disaster especially for a corporate store. They have shady business practices and will try to add accessories to your purchase without asking. On top of that they add more in fees than they are supposed to. My advice to anybody is avoid this dump at all costs.

Girl kept raising the price everytime. First tells me I need to pay unlimited and activation, then says I need to pay 2 months of service and then says I need to pay taxes for a phone that's supposed to be free. Scam artists!
