Great customer service, I had broken my phone and it was beyond repair, I was in the area and walked into this Metro by T-Mobile store and they helped me tremendously I had no insurance, even though I thought I did, but they still helped me get an upgrade and a brand new phone in minutes! I usually hate waiting at the phone stores and I always feel like I’m getting scammed, but this one was different I got the price I was looking for and I even got a case and a screen protector for a great price! Most stores don’t have both or don’t have either they have a great selection of everything phones and accessories! Definitely will recommend

I am still on the premises, but so impressed with the options and moreover, the service! Kyle is the bestest!!!!!!!!!!! I needed a secondary phone line, and this young man was so patient, pleasant, thorough in his explanations regarding plans/options. Kudos!

The employees here are a bit rude. Speaking Spanish amongst each other, while their helping you. I think the guy was talking about me, because the other guy looked at me funny. Very unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable. And he signed us up for a plan higher than what we asked for. They should do better.
