Absolutely horrible customer service, they take the people who are white Russians who are waiting in line behind you first at the cash wrap and when you speak up politely that “this person cutting me, why are you helping her first, when you know I’m next”? She just ignores you and keeps on helping others behind you, they disrespected my time waiting in line, very nasty people work here. I overheard them talking about how Zioni$t Israel!ss should destroy all the Muslims in Pale$tine, disgusting Israeli woman talking about politics at work, she has a black little ugly looking curls with a big nose and she wears a glasses. She also shouted by saying “I wish to never see you again” for calling her a racist for not helping me when it was my turn. I had no problems with anyone for the past 2 years in this pharmacy and she is acting like she owns the pharmacy when she is just a cash wrap employee. She should be fired !!!

I've been using this pharmacy for 20 years and I've never had an issue. I've always been treat with respect and I don't usually have to wait long for my prescriptions.

They are quick filling scripts, but I too, have been shorted on the number of pills a couple of times. Most of staff is nice but there are 2 in particular who can be very NASTY. I suggest counting your pills before you leave if you can!!

Filled two prescriptions this past Saturday. When I picked it up, the person was very rude. When I got back home, I discovered pharmacy shorted me a pill on each medication. When I called them to notify them of it, they blamed me instead saying they notified me they didn't have medication. They did not notify me, verbally or in writing. They billed me and insurance in full amount. When I told them to mail the missing medication to me by expedited shipping, before I ran out, they said they don't do it. At the end of the call, they also told me not to come back to their pharmacy ever again.

I have been a chance stoner for over 8 years ... Everyone is extremely helpful and all meds are always in stock ...I know almost everyone by first name ! It was embarrassing for me to get some of the meds I was prescribed by doctors. I have been to many pharmacies and left with tears most places due to looks and judgement of workers . God forbid for some to know chronic pain and stress I went through and embarrassment while pregnant . I do not judge people for making wrong choices but it's extremely hurtful when there are stereotypes and chronic pain and legit doctors prescriptions for a pregnant lady were so hard to get due to unprofessional pharmacists gave looks and denied in ordering certain medications .. L & S have been there for me throughout my pregnancy and my younger kid is 8 now and I still use their service as people are professional there and empathy and understanding that helped me go through my 9 months of pregnancy without any judgement and tears . thank you L&S team !

Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in for diapers today and asked the lady in the front with curly hair where the diapers were because I couldn't see them. While she was on her phone texting away she tells me that I need to learn to pick my head and look up. I said that's very rude of her and not good customer service to speak this way. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager. I highly doubt she was the manager. I would however like to speak to the manager about this incident. She also went on to tell me more profane nonsense about how what she said wasn't rude and how I'm to young to speak to her In that manner. Absolutely ridiculous. I was buying diapers for my child. What a terrible experience. I will never go back there again. I used to shop in this pharmacy years ago and never had this happen. She should be fired immediately !

Holdings away from this place..I was a client of this Pharmacy so many years but today - it was a last time.I find out that my prescription didn't match with pills in the battle.I diside did a call to my doctor and ask him or it is OK and I am not shouldn't worry or it is a problem. Doctor answered it should be like in prescription without any chances.After I call to the pharmacy.By phone get very bad conversation asked in nice manner. Why my prescription was change without let me know and lady (Svetlana) tell me she is not supposed do that. It is my responsibility to check. Seriously???? I try to argue that and she change here voice to the scream and tell me so I am not a professional in medicine to argue with that.Doctors know better what his patient needs.They lost four of us like a clients.Never ever again.

Awesome customer service. Prompt n competant staff from the Pharmacists to the sweet lady in the front that insists i take my 15 cents change for a can of soda when i give her a dollar.?
