Kala pharmacy finally under new management and the employees are superb especially jay at the lotto machine definitely come here for your prescription refills and basic home items … another home away from home

Worst pharmacy ever a lady by the name of kashuma was my pharmacist and she was very mean to her older coworker and said he doesn’t know anything then I said to her be nice and she said she doesn’t care so I changed my pharmacy #neveragain

Used to be a very friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Now seems like the people there don’t respect their customers or even care to pick up the phone close to closing time. I called and got hung up on.

The current pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother explained to me how the pharmacist yelled at her and was extremely condescending and rude. I urge everyone to use another pharmacy. Show them they need the community more than we need them.

I've never step foot inside Kala pharmacy, but have spoken to them over the phone for all my needs. I have a few clients, who live in the neighborhood and use them frequently for prescriptions. One of the clients told me sometimes they purchase an item or 2 if they really need it, and in a hurry. Well, that's if they even have it. Stocked items is limited here. For errand shopping needs I would say look elsewhere. Anyways, they're very helpful with receiving and approving medication for my clients. Everything is seemed to be done ethically of course. They make sure the prescriptions are for the right person. The pharmacist and staff weren't rude and understanding of the client's needs. I would recommend Kala pharmacy if you need to get your prescriptions filled. I don't know if they do deliveries. You're going to have to call them to find out.

The only reason I service this Pharmacy is because I have no other choices near my Apt. Every staff member is unfriendly and borderline rude. They do not have an appreciation for their customers. I feel as though I'm bothering them whenever I pick up my prescriptions or buy something from the pharmacy. Even the Pharmacists on duty are just not nice. They don't deserve one star.

I give them a 1 because 0 wasn't an option the new Pharmacist a Asian guy is very rude and unprofessional, I dont want to play the black card but I bet he wouldnt behave that way in a white neighborhood, I have done business with them for 16 years never had a problem until this new management. I'm taking my bussines elsewhere.

Why don't they remove the graffiti on the gate? A can of paint is $20. Seems like they don't care about the neighborhood.
