This business is never open on time.. The employees are never at the front desk to great you, they always come from the back room. The business doesn't feel professional at all. It starts with the employees, it doesn't feel like a particularly safe place to walk into. The service is suspect. I've had packages just sit there for days and not be shipped. The business would offer no updates. I'm not even sure if UPS/FedEx do official pick-ups there. It's almost like the employees drop off your package themselves. Just In Time? You're better off going to another dropoff point or directly scheduling a pickup yourself. Terrible service.

I always ship out my goods from here they have an Outstanding customer service, amazing wait time, actually No wait time. The staff is very helpful, they go above and beyond for their customers. They were able to locate my missing package in a timely manner and were able to have carrier red sliver promptly. Definitely recommend!

Charges for drop-offs despite having a prepaid return label. Service was quick and I was in and out but it's worth going to a different location if the (admittedly small) cost outweighs the convenience.

They say open at 10 am, NOT. Still close at 10:20. If you state you open at a pacific time than do it!!!
