This place has become terrible. I asked them to wax my lips and they decided to keep waxing the same place over and over instead of plucking the one hair with a tweezer, she finally pulled after waxing the same spot several times the skin after 24hrs looks burned because of the heat of the wax and the removal of the skin thin layer if I get an infection I am suing this place. They like to discriminate minorities and although I always tip more than deserve somehow, they assume minorities do not tip. They act like they are doing me a favor after being a client for more than 20 years.
Do not go there for waxing use the waxing place next door. They are really good at their job.

Only place that actually lasts 2+ Weeks. They are amazing and always accommodates me with my children. The bestest ♥️? oh and the warm wash cloths are so clean and smell amazing ? Mommy & Daugher date was a success ?

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been horrified by a nail experience and I get my nails done every 3 weeks. Firstly, the nail technician was EXTREMELY aggressive and sawed my gel x off without soaking them? Not only that but she literally chopped off my real nails in the removal process and left them crooked, then looks at me and says she’s done. First of all, it’s protocol to file the nails post removal, second of all, she didn’t apologize ONCE for breaking my nails and leaving them in a horrible state or for burning me numerous times. Additionally, the sanitation of this place is extremely questionable and the service is bottom of the barrel. Avoid this place at all costs.

Service The prices are good prices for the services they offer. The ladies are very attention to very detail of my nails. The quality of their service is great. Being here isn't in- and out. They move at a moderate pace which is awesome because you have time to feel like your slightly relaxing. They take their time as well, which is needed. They're not slow though. Atmosphere It's a small local mail shop, however it's convenient for the job they do here.

No sterility!!! "Beauticians" do not work with gloves and do not disinfect work tools. The usual hybrid is made carelessly, poorly, my cuticles were cut 2 times and the wounds were not disinfected. The workplace is dirty. I do not recommend!!!

Didn’t have time to travel to my regular, so walked in to have my nails filled in for hard gel. I don’t think they were very experienced in doing hard gel as they shaved my nail down a bit much that it hurt when I put it under the UV. Also, the technician cut my nail too short and could not shape it almond shaped as requested. I’m giving 3 stars as it was a decent job. Prices were very reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Ten outta five! Just got my first set of acrylics here and I'm super happy. My nail tech (didn't catch her name) was super knowledgeable, kind, gentle, quick, and efficient. She instantly understood exactly what I wanted, checked with me at every step, and knocked it out of the park. The shape and texture are perfect and the art looks fantastic. The clientele seems to be mostly locals who've lived in Greenpoint their entire lives - it feels like a hidden gem, and on top of the great service you get to support a small neighborhood business instead of contributing to the Californication of GP. All in all, a great experience and I'll definitely be going back :-)

I go there primarily for the pedicures. They always do a good job. Sometimes I need to remember to ask them to cut nails. Looks and smells clean and safe.
