Horrible MOST game stops DON'T have what you want and the sad part is online it says the store has it and you go there they don't I went to a bunch of game stops and none had what the online info said they had A BIG WASTE OF TIME...

It's no great mystery why GameStop is on its way down. Arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon to a sign that said they were out to lunch and would be back in 45 minutes. Of course, they didn't specify when they left so no way to know how long they've been gone. I waited outside with a small group of others for over an hour (including USPS, who had a delivery for them), and no one ever showed back up. Amazing to me that this is how the business is being run when it is also not doing well at all. You've got a ton of customers waiting to spend their money with you and you just aren't there? Also, the phone number listed has an automated pickup saying that they're experiencing "technical issues". Yeah, I bet.

It’s the least busy, but the staff doesn’t want to do their job. I came in with a trade for cash that would be less than $20. I’m calling the manager. I have had so many problems with the GameStops in the city. Check your receipts to make sure employees aren’t adding extra charges to your transaction.

Avoid this location at all costs. I preordered a game, went to go pick it up and they sold it to someone else. They also don’t have accurate store hours on their website, so I showed up to a closed store when it was supposed to be open. Very rude employees too, of course.

I pre-ordered a game and when I went to pick it up I was told they sold it. What's the point of pre-ordering if they are just gonna turn around and sell the game to any mope that walks through the door? I ended up having to travel into Manhattan to get the game.
