Update - try to avoid the lady who worked there this morning June 3, 2024 . She was the only woman cashier in there who opened. Very moody, and very mean spirited that early in the morning . Another headache just to try to get $25 cash back. Before I even paid for what I was about to buy, she told me she can’t do cash back for me , so I left . When Mr. Stanley, is there, a job gets done when he is not , she terrorize it’s all the other managers.
April 2024 -They claim to do cash back for an extra charge of 1.25 on top of what you’re buying. But it’s a freaking headache ALL the time when it’s the woman cashier. She usually works mornings on the weekdays. I believe she is Latina ? Maybe in her 40s. I say this because I don’t know her name. Honestly , they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by handing me my own money plus a fee. I’m tired of having to beg for cash back. It’s basically a power game they are playing. Just weird and unprofessional.i honestly didn’t want to leave this review here because the GM is a really nice man and professional!

It's 8:17am and both family dollar locations are closed when the time clearly shows 8:00am.. what's making write the review is that the employees don't have no explanation on why the store isn't opening on time. I drove to 2 locations and the same thing.

It's almost 830am. The website states 8am open. Most lights are off and doors are locked.

I try to go to this Family Dollar once a month. It is conveniently accessible from the G train. The store is well stocked and one can find almost anything, every day products to seasonal items at a good price. The employees are also friendly and helpful.

I've came here three times and each time its been a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Maybe I'm lucky, but although there were other customers in the store I haven't witnessed lines longer than 0- 2 people ahead of me and the cashiers were quick and efficient. The store is always clean and well stocked or being stocked which was great for me. The staff seem to be helpful and friendly. The prices are decent and a real bargain when you looking for one. They sell basically everything from food to household items. They even have pet food and pet supplies for dogs and cats mostly.

The store is not properly stocked. They didn’t even have bags. I had to carry my purchases in my hands and arms and I’m disabled.
