Horrible customer service, racially profiled me and assumed I speak certain languages by just looking at me and didn’t even give me a minute to browse through the dresses without looking weird at you and making unnecessary comments. Horrible, horrible customer service, if I can give 0 starts I would, negative stars

Very popular place for high-end bridal and evening gowns and accessories. The store closely cooperates with Anna Augusta - one of the best fashion designers in New York. Absolutely recommended place for shopping.

I was warned about this place but I decided to check it out anyhow and what a mistake that was.This is the most obnoxious and rude place ever! I'm a size 6 and was told I'm fat, won't fit into anything and they even put their arms out to show me how I'm like a gorilla in size! Truly nasty people! STAY AWAY!!

I’ve been to almost every bridal boutique in and around Manhattan. Esti’s have the best well known designers and the best wedding gowns !Employees were extremely nice! Especially LAYLA she managed to make this experience happy and stress free! She is amazing and i can’t thank her enough! Felt like a sister was helping me out the whole time.Esti and Debra and everyone else were so nice and they all honestly went above and beyond to help.Other than bridal they do have a stunning occasion dresses, high brand clothing and heels. I love their pieces and choices I’d definitely recommend this place.

Before Corona hit i put a deposit on a shoe. Came to pick it up after 8 months (due to the store being closed and the pandemic hitting) and the salesman Etty says she sold it. After trying to explain to her and get through to her that i couldnt come pick up the shoe due to the pandemic, she refused to accomadate in any way. I was willing to take a credit or get a different shoe but still no. I cant believe the sense of no courtesy and understanding under current circumstances. Had to take a loss on my money.

I will NEVER go here again. They lady came to the showroom to answer the door and saw that I was a black woman and did not open the door to service me. In this day and age I expected a little more but I guess not.
