They are unreliable, my packages took forever to arrive. I called to see what’s going on and knowbody picks up the phone. They are quick to take your money but slow in everything else. Never again will I ship with them.

In February 2019, I sent a box valued at about $800. I was charged $160 for shipping. The box was supposed to arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, but it was never delivered or found. I have been to this business and spoken to the owner (Modesto) on multiple occasions. I even gave him the list of the items that were in the box, and he has never delivered the box or reimbursed me for the cost. Now he doesn't even answer my phone calls or text messages.

4 months later and my box is not in Honduras. There is no response from Molestino Rodríguez. He keeps lying that next week they will have it and they never will. I'm going to small claims court.
