DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Products are not shipped timely/ if at all, no way to reach customer service. No response to emails or posts or other "contact us" methods provided. I've left messages via email, Facebook, Instagram, and their page. I placed an order on 7/2. My order has not shipped, there is no update, nothing. Shipping policy on site states "We know how exciting it is to receive new packages so we work to get your order processed as soon as possible. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner. It's not a holiday, so where is my order? If she doesn't respond, I'll be disputing with my bank and making sure to leave a review on every single media method I come across.
(Edit: to her response… I DID NOT receive my package.)

Purchase an item and paid $35 for priority. They input wrong address and was returned. The communication was poor and delayed even when I showed my shipping I input was correct. They only reached out when I canceled my cc due to not receiving item. I wish I would have read the reviews which have same issues.

The dress is cut really small on top and way too much fabric on the bottom. The fit was horrible. Shoulders did not fall off the shoulders like pictured. Very disappointing especially because I ordered for my vacation in Italy and didn’t have time to return within the 7 days.

Don't really deserve No Stars Because the shirt I ordered looks nothing like the picture .. meaning not the same color as the hat it was matched with ...so if you're ordering off how the picture looks don't be tricked like I was....and the customer service was awful ..not gonna bother to send the shirt back cause it'll probably take another month or two to credit me back . As you can see in the pictures what I thought I ordered & would receive and the 2nd Picture is what I got !! Two different colors

My recommendation to you is to definitely know your tracking number for returns! Some shady stuff was attempted, but I was prepared with a tracking number and confirmed return notification from the postal office. My credit was indisputable and issued minus their restock fee. Also, the return item Must be received by them within 7 days of you getting a refund. Make sure thru your postal office the return will arrive within 7 days time and know your tracking number.
I might also add that the shipping time is ridiculous! I've been waiting on a denim jumpsuit and earrings since May. They said I'd get it by the end of june...it's july 4th, and it's still not here! I'm scheduled to vacation in 2 weeks and can't take the chance to order off my credit because they're slow as molasses getting your shipment to you.
I recommended Cutely Covered do better with their customer service. We will see....if my people can continue to rise above the norm!

Unfortunately, I've had a terrible experience with this company. I place an order with the company February 13, 2024. I purchased two sets. One of the sets arrived after 2-3 weeks. However, the second set never arrived. I sent a message via email and I was informed the set was a pre-order. Due to the numerous advertisements and the company attempts to get you to purchased more items on the site. I overlooked this hidden detail. I was informed the item would be shipped at end of April! Yes, April! Over two months from my purchase date. In addition, I could not exchange, change my order, or get a refund. It is now, May 13, 2024, and I still haven't received my second set. I haven't received any follow up, tracking number, delay in shipping message, store credit, or refund. Despite sending multiple email messages asking for an update.This company's has terrible communication and poor customer service. Giving them you money is truly a gamble.

Cutely Covered don’t give full refunds on cheaply material clothing . They gave me a funky partial credit. Which was fine with me cause I wanted to use it towards another purchase. The new item was on sale until they finally released the credit, and then it wasn’t on sale lol Cutely then agreed to give me another credit of 15. funky dollars only towards an additional purchase for taking so long to release the credit……yeah right.Anyway, they never sent the dress even though they claimed they did smh.Buyer’s Beware.

I ordered 3 items and received one correct item in December 2023 and the 2 items in my pkg was incorrect items and not what I paid. I requested a return label mailed 2 items on December 19th. I emailed my usps receipt to customer service it is almost a month and I have not received my corrected item nor a refund. The lack of customer service is evident as I chase down my corrected item or refund. This is not my first order this has never happened before I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of attention on my request. Still waiting….

Product Purchased: SHORT SLEEVE CARGO DENIM JUMPSUIT - MEDIUM WASH. The low score is simply for the customer service. The jumpsuit is well made and fits nice. I will have to have it tailored as I am short and it is too long, but I am accustomed to this. I ordered the jumpsuit in October 2023 with the instructions that it will be shipped on Dec. 13th. On that day I received a notification that it was shipped, but there was no tracking information. I had not received the item by Dec. 27th. I reached out via email and tried through Instagram...both were a joke. It wasn't until I tried getting a refund through PayPal that I finally received a tracking number that the jumpsuit was shipped and I received it after the New Year. I will no longer buy anything from this vendor. The shipping is too long and the customer service non existent. ?Added Note: they took my review down plus all of the other bad reviews for this product down from their website. There were a ton of people who had not received their product on time and people requesting refunds.

Cutely Covered is an amazing boutique. I drove here looking to purchase some items for a trip and was kindly received by Miss P and the store's stylist. The store was closed but they still helped me becuase I'd driven a long distance. I found some beautiful outfits which stylist, Melissa helped me put together. This is a Black Women owned boutique that deserves some shine. The clothes are imported so it is important to keep that in mind when ordering especially online. I highly recommend Cutely Covered!!!

This product was pre ordered on September 11th with an expected ship date by September 30th. Product finally arrived today! I’m editing my review because I was very pleased with the quality of the product. Like I’ve read on some of the other reviews be sure when you order, not to be in a hurry to get it. If you go in with that mindset then you will not become frustrated. Sales demand must be high for their products and not enough man power to keep up. My frustration level would’ve been way lower if the communication was timely.
