It always has a horrible odor and the prices for the produce is nearly double the prices in other supermarkets and the quality of the produce and cold cuts are poor

I've patronized this Ctown for years and this is the worst I've seen the customer service. There are 2 disrespectful cashiers and so-called managers. I don't understand why they are extremely rude for no justification. Even when asking a question they would overlook you. The best cashier is the Mexican lady who works in the morning.Furthermore, management (Eli) needs to do a better job with training their disgusting cashiers (a light-skinned chubby one, a girl with acne & glasses is rude). I'll be taking my business elsewhere due to their terrible customer service and incompetence.

Meat is always bad , Strictly Spanish workers they are racist and rude especially the girls at the register they walk around like they own the store straight up ignore any questions you have or act like they didn’t hear you , I always have an issue going here I went today and i handed the girl with glasses and box braids and loads of acne on her face my money only for her to throw the receipt down instead of handing it to me while I was putting one thing in the stroller I bent down for two seconds I asked her why she couldn’t hand it to me that that’s bad customer service and she said she don’t care she don’t have to wait for me and laughed in my face , the Spanish guy asked what’s the problem I explained it to him and he said absolutely nothing sat there and drunk his coffee , they better start watching how they treat people because not everyone is going to let them slide

This place is in Queens in ozone Park on 101 Ave I just love this c town it's so so clean and the people that work there are cool and they go out there way to help you. Muhammad is one of the managers there and I tell you every time I needed something he will go out his way and find it for me and call me up and tell me Maria your product is here.

Horrible dirty rude staff. Meat smells bad and grey obviously they buy more than they should. Aisle are dirty staff rude and non helpful. FeelsWorst than a 3rd world country avoid at all cost

The worst store I've ever been to shop first the fresh bread came with flies and the fruit salads were rotten, but the worst thing was that the cashier stole my cell phone I put it down for a moment to pay and suddenly my cell phone was already gone, I put my stuff in the car and went back and ask for my phone and she was acting so suspicious and rude ignoring me I ask the security and ask the person in-charge to show me the cameras but it was low quality you can hardly see. I will never go back to this store ever again I don't recommend to anyone.{ By the way thief if you read this I already have your location I reported my phone lost you won't be able to use it.
