I would like to place a complaint against an extremely rude employee who claimed to be Jose at CFSC Checks Cashed 18th Avenue7011 18th AveBrooklyn, NY 11204US . As I approached and proceeded with my request, which was to send money through Western Union the employee said he could not hear and that he did not have “elephant ears”. I told him if that was his way of providing customer service and he said “yes” . When the interaction concluded he claimed to be close to becoming manager after I stated he was out of line and that he needed to calm down in order to provide better customer service. At the moment of making this monetary transfer I was going through a delicate family emergency, hence the need for the transfer, and most definitely I did not expect this type of rude and inappropriate service. It is worth noting that this interaction took place in Spanish and I do not know if he has an issue with speaking such language or any other personal issues but at the end of the day he is providing a service. This gives a bad impression of CFSC and I am sure this is inaccurate because the policies and practices of the company are not in accordance with that type of rude behavior.

Very unprofessional staff. Last two times came here to send money through westerunion and same person served. First time he couldn't find my online transaction and was processing the transaction without informing me and charged extra money, I could only verify when handed to check and told him to check again with the same phone number, then he found and mentioned that I gave wrong number, not even accepting his mistake. Next time I was asked personal questions next to other customers. He did not handled my request properly. Also, when customers performed the transaction online they specifically required drivers license for ID. When I showed my hospital ID with my issued license number with expiration date, they wanted drivers license. Very poor customer service. Not coming back to this location.
