This is one of my favorite stores to frequent. The workers are kind, enthusiastic, and are extremely helpful. If you have any questions about the products, they are glad to help you, and they are very knowledgeable. They have a wonderful selection of cheeses, pastas, olives, prepared foods, and other provisions. The products are high quality and are at a good price. It is always a pleasurable experience shopping here.

Being able to regularly shop at Caputo's is one of the top ten reasons to live in Brooklyn. Their fresh mozzarella is FRESH; they've occasionally asked me to "wait a few minutes, a new batch is being made right now". The quality of all their products is outstanding, and their knowledge is solid. For instance, their prosciutto de Parma is outstanding and they're one of the few vendors left in the area who actually know how to trim and cut it. They're lovely folks who take well-earned pride in their shop.

Small Italian Delicatessen in Carrol Gardens with a lot of heart and so much to find if you're craving something delicious, authentic and Italian to take home. Chock full of imports and home made specialties. Their ricotta is the best I've had in the City with a tiny hint of sweetness. The charred red peppers and milanese cutlets have also won me over.

A local institution, this tiny Italian shop has some of the best fresh mozzarella in Brooklyn. Delicious homemade pasta sauces (vodka, marinara, pesto), different types of imported prosciutto by the pound, and so much more.

Caputo's is the best!! Their online customer service is amazing too – I ordered chocolates that unfortunately melted in transit, and they immediately shipped out replacements along with an extra gift too. Completely unnecessary, but so generous, I'll definitely be shopping here again!
