I ordered from this site and needed to cancel my order. I had already placed another order for the items I actually needed. But when I contacted the customer service email, which is the only way to contact them since they don't have a number to call, they lied and said that they had already shipped my order. They had only had time to print a label, not to ship the actual item. The situation went unresolved even after numerous emails. The customer service was terrible. I will never order from this site again, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I must admit I was hesitant after placing my order. The site said for professionals only but I was never asked for my license number. Immediately after placing my order I received an auto generated email stated my order had been received. Within minutes I got an offer from Macafee for a one month free trial as a result of my order meaning my private information was given to another company. More discomfort on my choice to order. But it got better, within an hour of their listed open time I received another email saying my order was being shipped. I had a tracking number and my package arrived well within the 2-7 business days promised for free shipping. A follow-up email and text were sent letting me know my package had arrived. Overall happy with my order.
