My partner and I have been frequent customers of this establishment (even signing up for a membership), and have been met with rude, dismissive, and on a good day - indifferent attitude by the staff here each time. The environment feels unwelcoming and I will not be returning, unfortunately.

I recently moved to the neighborhood, and this used to be my favorite liquor store on the area. However I’ve had a bad experience. Last time I was there, I was yelled at by a worker (the lady with the braids) because I accidentally took a bottle with a tag instead of one without it. I don’t work there, and I honestly didn’t notice the difference. There were many other ways to tell me that without embarrassing me in front of other workers and customers for something so simple that I wasn’t aware of. Never coming back!

Nicest wine spot! We love coming in here. It started raining while we were in the store and they offered us an umbrella so we could stay dry. Great service :)

When three people are working but would rather look at their phones then interact with a customer .. and when they do they are dismissive and rude. Will buy everywhere else but here in the future.

Please take into consideration whether or not you would like to visit this establishment if you wish to avoid the inconvenience of being pursued by a charging pitfall from the staff. Today, when I entered to purchase some bottles for a cocktail party, I was confronted with this unexpected situation! Unbelievable!!! The staff should held more accountable…. Especially this woman with the dog not on a leash. Extremely rude individual.

While the wine selection is good, there is some serious training needed for staff to be more hospitable or at least not outright rude. I really want to support small businesses but this particular spot makes it really hard to. Just to be clear here, the woman with the dog that works at the front could use a couple of trainings. This woman was insanely short with me for no reason and extremely unhelpful.

Been picking up from this ? store since they were next-door to old French bakery that became The Brew. Fast forward to today - staff and ? selection is just ? My Favorite bottle finally hit their radar!!

I want to like this shop, but it's so amateurishly run. The wine selection is haphazard, many bottles are out of stock, few bottles are cold. I've tried a few times and it always underperforms.
