I understand it's strictly pushed in these type of places for employees to make sure they're available every second possible they're in there, but this place overdoes it. I had to state multiple times (>4 times) that I'm browsing at my own pace. It's painfully noticable how employees "subtly" come over from somewhere else in the store to mess around with product on the same shelf that doesn't need to be restocked, just so they look busy and are near a customer to help. It comes off as though I'm being watched because I did something wrong or refused their help, and is not a pleasant experience. Maybe the employees did think I was going to swipe something, but my suspicions that it's an employer expectations feel more confirmed when I had to overhear the retail manager attitude who was uncomfortabley passive aggressive because they weren't on the same page with what was being displayed on a shelf and it not being stocked 100%.The ironic part of all of this is despite everyone that was constantly behind my back through my shopping experience, they only had one person on registers. Despite all of this, their in-store decor was lovely and I just feel bad for the employees honestly, hence the 2 star.

I felt like I needed to go to this location. When you go inside, you are warmly greeted, and the fragrance enhances the entire store. Another person asks you what you're interested in and shows you the new products available, as well as other products like candles and fragrance wall plugs. Another person will say goodbye to you as you leave. Products may be pricey, but will make great gifts for whatever the occasion. You'll be glad that you went there and wish there were more of them available.

i love the fragrances and sales..but the thing is, the employees are all up in your face. i was at this place for my birthday, and was looking around to see what i could get for free but then this lady comes up to me and kept asking me if i saw anything i liked. i got so nervous and just wanted to shop in peace.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE! BEFORE YOU EVEN WALK IN THE STORE YOU CAN SMELL EVERYTHING AND ONCE YOU WALKED IN YOU GET HIT WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT SMELLS AND YOU JUST MELT AWAY!!!!

I come here often before heading into the city. The store is amply sized and has tons of variety and most of the main scents. It is jam packed so I would recommend exercising caution when walking through the aisles. I have seen a few people knock down displays. The staff can be hit or miss but, they are usually aggressive in this location trying to get you to smell scents even if you just wanna look around.

They had products I couldn't even find a single one of in any of the other locations! The staff was very personable and helpful from start to finish!

Is it just me, or does everything in this store smell sorta chemical and unnatural? At times even toxic, similar to cleaning supplies ?Staff here is very nice though.

The workers are so annoying and always think someone is stealing from them. I went to bath and body today and the lady with glasses kept on following us and asking the security guard to watch us she has purple hair next time I’m going to answer her back and say to her face IM NOT STEALING?!!!!

First time in this particular location.. lady sweet talking in her pretty eyeglasses… overcharged me for 7$ ..don’t think it was a mistake.. I had not a lot of items.. scams even in “trusted “ big companies.. wasn’t worth to drive back bc of this.. be careful, especially when they talk sweet and a lot..

I didn't like it and the first thing I found was some of the assistants in the stores, I just wanted to look at what they had, and choose what I wanted, but the girl is intense!!! He didn't let me see what I wanted, just asking what I'm looking for, what I want, God, what annoyed, I don't know if I would return, and I've gone to others, but they give me the freedom to see what I want, but here, uff, what a stress.god
