How can a bank this big be so shoert staffed . You would have figured management sees the long lines every day and staff appropriately, but no one teller to serve the community is insane in a branch that's so busy ..

I had to call five times before reaching someone. I was told I had a scheduled appointment for 2:00 with Anna and I confirmed the appointment an hour early. I walked 30 minutes to the branch to be told that my appointment time would not be kept.I instead walked to the TD bank on 5th Ave and had a fantastic experience with Alexandra, whom I highly recommend.Avoid this branch and try another bank!
