This one is always crowded and slow- they have 2-3 employees just chilling in the lobby directing customers meanwhile it will be 2 tellers actually assisting customers with money transactions. No parking- Bank of America needs to bring more branches to Brooklyn!

I really like this branch, the order and cleanliness there is at a very high level, the service of the people there is excellent, the employees take excellent care of customers and it's fun to come to the branch, they always help with any question, I highly recommend Mr. Jose, a great person and a great banker

Bad and slow service, for a small thing you wait long hours. It is better to go far to another bank and not to enter, and especially to this branch.
