These are things you rarely hear about an auto shop – but they’re totally true about Carlos! I’m a return customer. I brought my car back to Carlos because he did such a great job with the first repair. Service was thorough and priced fairly. I was stuck in Brooklyn and they were able to service my car and turn it around the same day without an appointment (thank you!). They gave me advice on maintenance my car will need in a few thousand miles without trying to oversell me on any additional services. I genuinely feel like the staff here care about their customers and the work they do.

I was recommend to this place by the shop my boyfriend usually go to. That shop is closed on weekend. And this Carlos place has a very good service, quick and easy to make the appointment with. They are really nice

My partners Jeep Cherokee had an issue with the parking break. It would deploy when the car was parked but not allow us to take it off. The team at Carlos Alba diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Unfortunately the problem reoccurred. They sent a mechanic out, over two hour round trip, and he reset the system for her. Great service!
