I shop here pretty often. There is a wide selection of shoes for every occasion. I usually come for the comfortable shoes and shoe boots since I am on my feet all day. When you are a teacher, you want to wear shoes that are less of a distraction while walking around the classroom yet cute! The staff in the store in Bronxville are very friendly and professional.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great merchandise! I went in to say welcome back and take a look. I left with two pairs of shoes!

Do not shop here. This stores policies are absolutely no refunds on anything! .You can get the same merchandise at any major department store with a peace of mind knowing that you have the ability to receive a complete refund if you should change your mind. I purchased a bag at full price and was unable to return with the tags on less than 2 weeks later. It is not a consumer friendly policy .and there are no exceptions ! I feel sick that I even have to use the credit because i will have to step into that store again just to use it.....as I'd prefer not to give them any more business

I recently had purchased a pair of earrings that unfortunately after a 2nd wear, we’re damaged. and seemed defective. My love for the style made me call the store to see if they could help. While the other locations did not stock this pair anymore, Niki went out of her way to contact the buyer to see if she could accommodate me . To my surprise, they sent another pair. Thanks for the customer service !

Love the store. Great stuff. However. They have no schedule and open late and or whenever they want. I've come 3 times. First time at 10 and they were closed second time 1030 still closed. 3rd time 11 and nothing. Tried again before I left at 1120 and nothing. Very irritating. Googled them and no schedule.
