I was recommended by a friend and I stopped in to get a last minute bouquet for my grandma. The bouquet came out so beautiful and it was a very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

They have such fresh beautiful flowers. Every year my husband buys me long stem roses from them and they last about 10-14 days! Best in the area!

My sister recently passed and I called and spoke with Ann who listened to me and created all the flowers exactly how I wanted. From the spray for the casket, the standing spray and basket, all color coordinated, were full and done to perfection. She made a difficult time so much easier.

Annie was so lovely to work with. This is more of a local shop with a small business feel. I let Annie know the occasion I was shopping for and the type of arrangement I had in mind. She put together the sweetest arrangement and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Wasting no time to comment re my transaction with Crimson Rose yesterday. Wishing to support relatives for a funeral (most of us are out of state) I decided to use a Mt. Vernon area florist versus popular national one(s). Having researched the “Reviews” of several other local shops tried reaching out to them but was unsuccessful for a variety of reasons. Then I phoned C R F . . . Miss Annie answered promptly. I inquired whether a website was available to view selections; although not, her professionalism shown through as she guided me through the process and immediately sent photos for viewing. Extremely helpful! Due to an unforeseeable glitch (not on her part) we decided to go with Plan B. Later when the “glitch” was corrected I called her back and we resumed our original order. Her patience, due diligence, sincerity, and overall pleasantness has prompted this Review of 5 stars–PLUS. Once more, with sincere gratitude to this vendor!

I came here because my wife ordered me to gift her a bouquet for her certification from the New York Botanical Garden. The kind lady that took my order noted that the bouquet she would prepare would not only be admired by my wife (who studies and works with plants) but also by everyone in the Garden who also know A LOT about plants. Nevertheless, I just wanted to say my wife could not take her eyes off the bouquet and many people (including administrators) from NYBG also complemented the bouquet. Totally recommend

Extremely unprofessional. I dropped off 3 terrariums for consignment, and I have not heard back since. It’s been over a year already. Stealing inventory from those attempting to start a small business is not good practice. Honestly, I am highly upset. I wasn’t even making any money on them, just breaking even.
