Terrible service. I placed a same-day order, and it didn't arrive at the anticipated time. Customer chat said it would arrive and hours later, a call center rep had no clue what was happening. I got no updates via text. No help regarding when the order would arrive. My order was roughly $300 of items I needed for tonight. Extremely frustrating.

I had a great experience with makeup artist Dayanara N. She was patient with me and all my requests. I mentioned how I was nervous about getting a full face of makeup because whenever I had my makeup done professionally in the past for formal events, I felt I didn't look like myself and the look was too cakey or heavy. Dayanara explained every product she used and made sure I liked the natural glowy look I was asking for every step of the way.

I recently had an appointment at Sephora, but it was unexpectedly canceled, and unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was incredibly disrespectful. Not only was there no apology or remorse for the inconvenience caused, but the lack of professionalism in handling the situation was shocking. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to accommodate me in any way, the attendant seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. I have always had positive experiences with Sephora in the past, but this encounter has left me very disappointed. It’s disappointing to see a brand with such a great reputation for customer service fall short in this way. I hope Sephora takes the time to address this matter and ensure better customer care moving forward.

I had my makeup done at Sephora by the incredibly talented Deianira for my 25th birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Deianira took the time to listen to what I envisioned and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. She was not only professional but also friendly, making the whole session enjoyable and relaxing.
The makeup came out beyond my expectations—absolutely stunning! She accentuated my features beautifully, and the look was both elegant and glamorous, perfect for my milestone birthday. I felt so confident and received so many compliments throughout the night. The makeup lasted all day and evening, which was perfect for the long celebrations I had planned.
Thank you, Deianira, for making me feel so special and for your incredible artistry! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and personable makeup artist. She truly made my birthday unforgettable!

Dayanara is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have scheduled with her about 3-4 times..Each time she has beat my face to the Gods! Professional, Patient, Personable and very Sweet. She always ask “What is the occasion?” Most of the time there is no occasion- just want her to beat my face! & Color match is always perfect! Loving Energy and is very passionate about her work! I leave her seat looking & feeling like a million bucks! Can’t thank her enough. Thank you Dayanara♥️

Please don't get your makeup here especially with a girl named Dayanara. I booked 2 appointments for myself the bride and my mother that was going to walk me down the aisle. As you know a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming. Me as a bride I shouldn't be stress for my own make up ,but making me stress because i booked a full face for my mother and I so we can have a pleasant experience and it turn out opposite because my mother's makeup artist in which she is the worst on what she does. She is so rude , not patient , ignorant, no customer service at all. She ignored my mother and was very mean to her. My mom speaks Spanish and the makeup artist that was for me ,I had to switch because mine speak Spanish and my mother only speaks Spanish. That was fine. But that makeup artist named Dayanara nicasio was the worst . I'm never going to sephora to do my makeup with her nor my mother. My mother didn't know what setup your makeup mean . My mom basically thought it was the makeup that she was putting on her and it wasn't, she didn't explain to my mother what each product was going on her face. My mother did ask if any of the products had alcohol while she was putting the product on and Dayanara nicasio told my mother no. I heard it while I was getting my makeup done by another artist. So my mom let her do it because she didn't think anything of it. Then 2 minutes later my mom had her face itching so bad she asked if she can wash it at sephora with soap and Dayanara nicasio said no, since my mother had a reaction to it didn't want to do her makeup. I believe my mother has the right to let her know how her face feels. So she wouldn't let her wash her face so my mother had to go next door at bobs furniture to wash her face and the makeup artist told my mom if she doesn't get back at 145 im not doing her makeup. I found that rude and disrespectful. So my mom said okay ill came back and it was a show..My mom came back Dayanara nicasio was saying she is not doing full face on her ,she doesn't have time . She has an appointment with another client at 215 meanwhile it wasn't even 2pm and we had to speak to the manager and she was saying that she can do a feature focus and that the makeup artist can do what she can. That's so messed up instead of helping my mother because she knew that it's not the makeup products that makes her irritated is the makeup prep like the toner etc. My mother didn't know because she hasn't done makeup somewhere in such along time that I don't think they ever prep your face before. But Dayanara was saying that the makeup products has worst chemicals but that's not true because she didn't complain after she started putting a few products. But if you would have seen how she was doing my mother's makeup. I wouldn't dare do that to a client. So after an agreement that she will do something until her next appointment arrived. She barely put foundation right, her eyeshadow was disgusting, her eyebrows did not look right. That's all she did and said that she's done. Then my mom said you not going to put lipstick and Dayanara ignored my mom like she was not there. She is soo rude in every aspect. My mom also said what about blush and Dayanara ignore her and said she's done she has another client at 215. So I told my mom it's okay let's just get some samples and I'll help her out with her makeup. But I found Katherine on the floor and she was soo helpful and sweet. I told her I'm already stressing it's my wedding I even cried and choked up because what Dayanara did to my mom was really messed up. So Katherine took over and she didn't have too ,but she was willing too help my mother and she mad my day and I felt better. She help me make my mother look beautiful.

I went to this Sephora 2-3 times to get foundations and also to get a color match. I feel like the employees don’t know how to match. They are always in a hurry and don’t take their time with you. Also when you go to pay there’s always a long line which there’s one cashier. I went today to return some things and there was one cashier with a very long line, the manager I think her name starts with an “ A” looked like she had an attitude and didn’t help the other cashier. This location needs better employees that knows what their doing.

Let me start this review by saying Don’t bother coming in here to shop. None of the sales associates greet you nor acknowledge you when you walk into the store. Today, my mother and I walked in with the intention to shop and four people walk past us engaging in their own private conversations and never once asked did we need any assistance. My mother was looking for a specific product and even with us looking around no one came to assist us or to even ask if we were doing OK. This is the eighth or ninth time we’ve come into this location and been ignored completely. I’ll shop online.

Sephora is very expensive but I like going here for particular things I suffer from hot flashes and they were able to give me something that was able to keep the sweat and the oil down whatever you spend here is always worth every penny and if you don't like it they do say you can bring it back fortunately I never had to bring anything back

This is one of their newer stores and I LOVE the staff here. Always super helpful and friendly....I go to the Manhattan stores only if they don't have what I want in stock.

Definitely feel like I would have better had a shopping experience being that I only needed one thing if the worker didn’t seem so annoyed with my questions about a product just seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered ?
