I am always apprehensive about coming to a car dealership, but from the moment we met Sebastian he was friendly, patient with our questions, and made us feel very comfortable. We felt that he was on our side and he never pressured us into making any purchase. We were in constant communication and made multiple visits to the dealership so he can listen to our concerns. We shared lots of laughs and I will recommend Sebastian to all those looking for a vehicle!

As much as the customer service was ok I would rather go elsewhere to purchase or lease another vehicle. My lease was ending they made promises that they knew they couldn’t fulfill and still ran my credit after I told them I’m purchasing cash. There was no need for them to do such a check, it wasn’t once but twice they ran it. After I’ve left messages so someone to return my call and explain why was this done. No one called or responded, seems as if they’re only interested in sales. They tried to over charge me for ending the lease, initial visit in getting my vehicle was great, I’m guessing they have problems listening to their customers and ending leases.

I originally had posted a 5 star review but I deleted that today! I purchased a BMW 2021 330i Drive and was basically a lemon. I am now stuck with a $9,000 repair bill. I have been trying to contact them for 3 months with no avail. Every time you call, no one can hep and everyone is busy. However, when I went in with a cash deal everyone was available. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY DON'T ADDRESS ISSUES AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. NO ONE CAN HELP! ITS SUCH A DISAPPOINTING SITUATION. BEWARE!!! GO ELSEWHERE.
Now I see why everyone is giving them a 1 start review!

A mistake to go to that dealer. It's a nightmare, people don't know how to solve it, they just keep it with delays in everything a mistake get to that dealer no budy knows anything

The team was very nice and helpful but turns out what they had advertised on their website was all false. Pricing was significantly less to get people in the door and when numbers were run there was an excess of $7,000 + in fess to make up for the losses is what i was told. Don't waste your time and you won't get a a straight answer on fees and why they vary so much from one car to another of the same price or less.

Sebastian Taveras was absolutely the definition of having a commitment to excellence and went above & beyond for us and even stood after the dealership closed to help us and washed the car himself since there were no employees who could have done this! He was the only reason I decided to get another car. No sales pressure as well as very professional and insightful on choosing the right car for our needs. After owner refused to honor GMs "We Owe" a receipt of 1 month's payment he was trying to be fair and resolve their mistake by a reimbursement because they failed to register car after never submitting insurance papers after a month. I had to wait another month after resubmitting new insurance form and paying 2 payments and 2 insurance paments with no car. I had to call corporate and Jamie Brown did an awesome job and called Riverdale about the owners unethical dealings.I ended up getting the 1 month payment that GM Aaron Alber suggested. He did a good job along with Anne in finance and Ralph and Randy in sales. The owner was a poor example to them on how to handle customers and even more sad they knew I am a Veteran. Good thing the CEOs office Mr Brown corrected issue. I bought first car that I traded in from sister dealer Easchester Jeep Dodge they did a good job and were very professional and registered my old suv as promised.
Finance Mngr Anne was very professional and polite. She was very good at her job as well. Ralphy the Floor Mngr and Randy the Sales Agent were very professional and honest. They treated me with respect and did what they could to help. They were all patient as I drove from MA to NYC and was last customer in the dealership. The other gentleman that were there late because of me were also very professional and patient. I highly recommend them. Second suv that I bought from them.

I must say that this place did an amazing job with helping me find my dream car. The staff was patient and helpful. The quality of service was efficient and spectacular. Since this was my first time buying a car I was super nervous because I didn’t know what I was going to get myself into. They made me feel comfortable and safe, providing me with the proper informations and doable prices. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
