It is the most incompetent company I have ever used to ship boxes. When you call the phones it says the bill. The workers always give a false date to receive the boxes. They are very irresponsible. I have been waiting for the box for more than a month and they still haven't said when they will deliver it.

My family recently solicited the services of “Rene Cargo Express” for the first time unfortunately it will be the last time.Reasons:• When we called them to pick up our package they give exaggerated ETA’s (estimated time of arrival) for pick up.• When package was delivered and arrived to the Dominican Republic it arrived in bad shape, half empty, many goods were stolen or damaged, the box was open when it arrived to the home of the receiver. After the fact! trying to reach them to complain had been to no avail, we try to call and call but no answer, (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!)• This company has limited liability and provided very poor service.• We hope that they address the issue of what went wrong during the process of our shipment, and we hope that this does not happen to anyone else. We like others alike have families in dire need in the Dominican Republic and for essential goods such as: Clothes, foods, and medicines to be stolen is simply despicable! Should the goods have been stolen here in New York City, United States by Rene Express Cargo, in transit onboard the cargo vessel, or in the Dominican Republic... this matter should be investigated ASAP. (As Soon As Possible)

They always call me when they get extra busy, is a family bussines and they growing quick. I'm glad since now they call me more. They are very nice people. They really know how to take care of things, not like other warehouses I worked before they just throw everything all over. I would recomend their service with my eyes close.
