I came in trying to buy just a nano sim after being told by metro customer service on the phone i can get one from any location. I tell the "manager" i just want to buy a sim because i have the phone home and would activate it by calling metro myself. He tells me he wont sell me it alone and that i would need to activate it in store with the phone. I ask how much will that be ? He tells me $39.95 SMH i then ask if thats how much hes just charging or is that the price for every location. He tells me thats just his price lolDO NOT COME HERE IF YOU JUST WANT TO BUY A SIM CARD ! THIS LOCATION OVERCHARGES! Do yourself a favor a get one way cheaper online.

Guy in the store is extremely hard working know his job through and through 10/10 I was given wrong information by the company over the phone and he was able to help me understand the truth and help me get what I needed with no problem just be respectful and you get the same back.

The guy there don't listen at all and does whatever he wants. The 1st time I went, I asked to add a new line to my cousin account. I paid $95 for New SIM card and first month. The next day I found out he provided me a new phone number different from my original without asking me. 2nd time I went, instead of adding me to my cousin line like I originally asked for, he created a whole new solo account. Worst representative ever!

When I went in the store the lady tried to charge me $32.00 for A (C) charger. Boost Mobile, right across the street, charge me $15.00 thank about. Don't waste your time with this Metro PCS they're overcharging for everything.
