Great preparer....The office manager assured me I could file only state back taxes since my federal for those previous years jad been done. Not the case at all so I had to mail in the returns anyway. Even the Preparer was shocked it couldn't be done.

I feel I can trust you!Update after 3 years of filing with H&R block:The employee I worked with, was a nice person. However, she made a mistake which caused me lose more than $2400 in tax return. (Okay, it happens!).Therefore, they sent me a $341 check for the fees. (They couldn't do anything for $2400 loss because of IRS regulations)The interesting part is I can not get money from the check they mailed me! The bank refers me to the follow up with H&R block. And after more than 20 times of calling H&R block, being transferred in the phone and wasting over 20 hours of my life, again they ask me to go to the office to resend a new check to me!Now, I live very far away from the office and they tell me if I do not go in person again they will not send me a new check!update:It resolved much faster that I thought! Thank you!Last update: (May 20, 2022)Never comeback here!Again they made another exact same mistake in filing my tax return exactly like last year! And I lost 3200$ on my stimulus money!Get away from them, don’t come here.I wish I could give negative star in ratings.Also I didn’t write this but I think I have to! Because, I just see another review under mine from an employee in this office! The same person “Hertencer Mckenzi” who filed my tax return who is an employee in this office, has written a review for her self! and has submitted 5 stars for her H&R Block! She is the exact person who caused me lose $5500 in my tax returns in last two years!
